I have seen a customized change that displays more address fields when selecting the location in the header of the sales order screen.  However, I do not know what mechanism was used to create this change.  It does not appear that the screen editor allows you to make changes to the window that pops up when you click to search for the location.  Standard functionality when selecting the location is just to show 2 fields.  The customized functionality displays address 1, address 2, ZipCode, etc…. Can anyone point me in the right direction to what tool/method would be the place to start in investigating how to accomplish this?

I need to inquire about the do ability of having Quality Control or Check in Acumatica new version 2021 R1

There is a nice feature in Acumatica called Activity Events.  They are available in many places except the Project module.  Why ?Events can invite using emailing, which is nice. IF the standard toolbar was used , then Activity Events would be available. See case 5080141.  ( only available on Project Quote)It should be on the Project Activity, Project Task Activity, Project Issue; Project Templates ( so that we can put standard activity) for new projects.

Hello, can someone point me the right direction to create a leg of another bom within a bom?Thank youZoey

We’re working on upgrading a Customer from 2019 R2 to 2021 R2. We do have a lot of customizations and I’m running into a few issues esp. with SOShipmentEntry graph. After resolving initial errors in the customization code after upgrade, the code compiled and I was able to publish. However many functionalities are not working. For e.g., looks like the events such as RowPersisted, RowPersisting, RowInserted, RowUpdated, override of Persist method etc. we already had on SOShipmentEntry are not firing anymore. There was also a custom tab with a grid which was not displaying and causing the entire page to break. It was giving an error that the view used by the grid is not available. Though I published multiple times, it kept complaining the same that the view is not available. When I attempted to edit aspx, got an error that Sequence contains no matching elements. I finally deleted the Shipments screen from the customization package and re-added it without the custom tab/grid.Does anyone have

Is it possible to use the Mobile App and perform a spot inventory counting.Such as using the inventory lookup tool on the mobile app. Then going to that location and update the inventory on the fly?

Is there a way to do a spot inventory count without creating any Physical Count sheet.Walk up to the bin location and scan the the location, then the bar code and then enter the quantity.

I am looking to do cycle counts on our inventory however I don't seem to have the box to check on the stock items screen.. Anyone else having this issue?

When I have an open RMA order for stock items - MRP states we will be receiving the items as supply that will satisfy demand. This is not appropriate since the materials must pass through quality inspection and disposition. How can I remove RMA receipt material from being viewed as a supply signal in MRP?

We would like to see the cost code field to be “searchable” by description without having to open up the search dialog box. This would then act similarly to the Project, InventoryID, Account etc… Right now we have project managers having to click into the cost-code search box to see code descriptions and select the correct code. Does anyone know if this is an easy custom to implement?

Hello Everyone,One of our clients using the Pricing Analysis functionality in the Sales Order screen, but we do not want to show the Zero unit cost items on it.If anyone knows about this functionality could you please let us know how can we achieve this? Please find the some screenshots for your reference.

Hello there,I have a screen that user enters some cashflow projections for our projects. This screen keeps the different versions of cashflw projections. At any given time each project can have only one “Current Revision”. When a new projection entered r an existing projection is changed as “IsCurrent = true”, I would like to update a field (UsrLGRevisionID) in PMProject extension with the current projection “RevisionID”. The only problem that I have when I insert/update a new projection as Current, it doesn’t update the PMProject but if second time I just set the checkbox of IsCurrent” off and then on, it updates the PMProject Extension. Here is my even handler. Any help is appreciated. protected void PMCashflowProjection_RowPersisted(PXCache cache, PXRowPersistedEventArgs e) { PMCashflowProjection row = e.Row as PMCashflowProjection; // Only one Current Revision should exist for each project. // When a Cashflow Projection is set

Hi.So the brief story is this:Our company purchased a service that has a validation for 1 year, from DEC 10 2021 to DEC 10 2022 (as shown in the picture below). And I want to record the amount into “Paid in Advance” account, then amortize it monthly. The problem is, I couldn’t find anywhere to set it. I tried to set it by creating a new “Non-stock Item” or a new “Posting Class” (shown below), but I’m not sure where to key in the “Paid in Advance” account. Could anyone please tell me how to do it, or if I’m using the wrong form here? Many thanks.Best regards,Shuang.

Can i get Inventory fetch API for EDI Integration

I have added a Cutom Int Field to store start and end date duration in month(s) but when I open Projects form I get this “Error: The entry form (ID: PM301000, title: Projects) cannot be automated. An error occurred during processing of the field Through Date: Index was outside the bounds of the array.”I know the problem is caused by PXDBCalced and when I take it away it works. Can you please advise what I’m doing wrong? Here is the field that I have added #region UsrLGProjectDuration public abstract class usrLGProjectDuration : PX.Data.BQL.BqlInt.Field<usrLGProjectDuration> { } protected Int32? _UsrLGProjectDuration; [PXDBInt()] [PXDefault(0, PersistingCheck = PXPersistingCheck.Nothing)] [PXDBCalced(typeof( IIf<Where<PMProject.startDate, IsNotNull>, IIf<Where<PMProject.expireDate, IsNotNull>, IIf<Where<PMProject.startDate, Less<PMProject.expireDate>>,

I have created an export scenario using ACH Provider for batch payments. The file has 20 characters in the header and 382 for each pay line, therefore, in the line size property 382 was set, however, this causes the header to be filled with blank spaces which must be removed.O1# is the Header01#{H1_TypeOfReg:2}{H1_NumOfSec:7}{H1_Date:8}{H1_cons:3}02#{R1_TypeOfReg_D:2}…

How to access all API for EDI Integration ?

Hi,Is there a way to setup cost + % pricing based on the Vendor Price that’s setup in the system? The only way I can currently think of to do this is to come up with a price file on Excel outside of Acumatica and import it through the Sales Price Worksheets for a specific customer. Are there any limitations on that screen in terms of # of rows? We need to set this up for approximately 10,000 items.Thank you!

The IN Operator is a very commonly used function in SQL to subselect items based on a list of values. it is extremely useful, for example, if you were trying to synchronize a data set from an external system with data inside Acumatica/SQL Server. The Acumatica development blog acknowledged this usefulness in its example code when it announced the availability of the IN Operator: SQL In Operator in BQL - Acumatica Developers BlogWhat it glosses over is that there is no way to use this operator with a Select2 query, which means there is no way to use it with a PXProjection for doing advanced data views in Acumatica. This requirement is not documented anywhere, except for the faint mention that it must be used with the Required<> property. The consequences of only being available with the Required property is that it must be used with a PXSelect type query, but cannot be used with a Select2 type of query. Select2 query style is required for any kind of PXProjection in the system. PX

we have been doing our due diligent care testing acumatica manufacturing, it seems this module does not meet our environment need, below are missing:splitting labor ticket clock entry does not provide a field where laborer could input bad QTY or scrap QTYi am curious if anyone using Acumatica manufacturing and how they solve the problem? -Zoey

Good day, I am assigned the administrator role.  Before I started in my current position, we had a VAR set up Report templates with email notifications and reports.  As the administrator, I assumed that I would access to these report templates and reports.  How do I make them available for me to review/revise and change.  Nothing against the VAR but it is pain to have to ask them make adjustments/changes/revisions.  I am also planning to make some templates for users as well.  I would be nice to be able to assign them by user/groups.Thank you
