Is there a way to do a spot inventory count without creating any Physical Count sheet.
Walk up to the bin location and scan the the location, then the bar code and then enter the quantity.

You may post this request on ‘ideas’ page (https://community.acumatica.com/ideas) as there is no option to count without using Physical count document.
While creating Physical count, you may use the generation method ‘By Inventory’ on Physical count type and select only required inventory item.
