Solved

Hi,We are working on a environment Acumatica Cloud ERP 2021 R2 with 2 tenant: Production and TEST but it only has 1 database. It leads to whenever we publish the customization on TEST environment, the Production is overwritten also.Hence, we want to clone it to a locally environment (install windows server on pc then install Acumatica 2021 R2). What do you think about this option?Beside that, I have some concerns:Is it possible to access Acumatica Cloud Database to clone it then import to my local environment? If I export all project customization on Production and import it to new environment (my local environment), Will the customization between them be the same? Install Acumatica 2021 R2 on a local machine needs license, doesn’t it?Thank you for your help.

Does anyone have any idea whether Acumatica stores the default price associated with an item and its changes over time or what the default price was on a given day? such as Item 123 was $18.75 on April 15 was changed$ 20.00 on October 2 and changed to $ 22.50 on October 15.  We are trying to compare our default prices versus our unit prices  in our sales orders over a given period of time.  I have a reasonable plan or solution on how to handle moving forward but I am wondering if I could use the line level fields (Manualprice = 0 and discpct = 0) or something similiar to identify where unit price = defaultprice on old sales orders?Any ideas and thoughts are welcome

Does Acumatica have a built-in button to undo changes in Data Entry Grids?

This is my export scenario.   I am attempting to use “Reference Number” as the key to iterate rows against, but its not returning any data at all.  I need much more data out of it, but I’d like to get this part working properly so I can then focus on the rest of the configuration.Does anyone see something I’m doing wrong here?  I have several other exports working fine but this one is not working the way I have it configured.

Please help me add one more “And<>” to my statement.This statement is all squiqqle free and works as expected.PXSelectBase<AuditHistory> recordsToProcess = new PXSelectJoin<AuditHistory,    LeftJoin<QTCAuditHistoryReport,         On<QTCAuditHistoryReport.screenID, Equal<AuditHistory.screenID>,            And<QTCAuditHistoryReport.batchID, Equal<AuditHistory.batchID>,            And<QTCAuditHistoryReport.changeID, Equal<AuditHistory.changeID>>>>>,    Where<AuditHistory.changeDate, GreaterEqual<Required<AuditHistory.changeDate>>,        And<AuditHistory.changeDate, Less<Required<AuditHistory.changeDate>>,        And<QTCAuditHistoryReport.screenID, IsNull>>>>(this);    return recordsToProcess.Select(filter.StartDate, filter.EndDate.Value.AddDays(1).AddTicks(-1));This is the “colorized” version: My record set returns rows from the AuditHistory table that have null screen id’s and I want to

I’m trying to create a GI that includes task data (type, status, summary, start date, due date, etc.) along with information from the related entity; in this case, related sales orders (order total, customer ID, etc.). Anyone have any suggestions how to go about connecting these two tables? I tried to “Add Related Table” but the SOOrder table wasn’t an option:

Hello--Was wondering if anyone can give me a hand with this… We essentially want an exact duplicate of the Description (OrderDesc) field that is already on sales order/invoices.I have created a new field on each entry screen, but am stuck trying to pass the value from the SO to the invoice.I assume I should override the PrepareInvoice action, but not sure how to actually reference the fields I have created?  I.e. This is as far as I got but i know “  ThisNewInvoice.CustomerSubject = row.CustomerSubject; “ is obviously wrong Any help is appreciated!!public class SOOrderEntryExt : PXGraphExtension<SOOrderEntry>{ [PXOverride] public IEnumerable PrepareInvoice(PXAdapter adapter, Func<PXAdapter, IEnumerable> baseMethod) { if(InvokeBaseHandler != null) InvokeBaseHandler(cache, e); var row = (SOOrder)e.Row; ThisNewInvoice.CustomerSubject = row.CustomerSubject; return baseMethod(adapter); // and then return }

The process was working OK and no recent changes have been made to the configuration, nor to any customization. Normally there is around 150 to 200 skus that come up to be processed.Trace window:Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Transfer ERQ: Thread was being aborted..System.Threading.ThreadAbortException: Thread was being aborted. Any ideas?Thanks

Hi everyone,i have to create a customization in Acumatica to update QTYONHAND attribute in the Stock Item with the current inventory, from the Norwalk warehouse whenever inventory updated. Here are the screenshots for my requirement:Available For Shipment Total marked in RED want this total in Attribute value of stock item.   If anyone help, please reply asap. Thanks

I want to show the description of a stock item in a column of another screen. But when I was trying to set it in the normal way, it just gives the html code(see the below screenshot),not the actual description sentences. Following is the code that I tried, InventoryItem item = new PXSelect<InventoryItem, Where<InventoryItem.inventoryID,     Equal<Required<InventoryItem.inventoryID>>>>(Base).Select(row.InventoryID);            if(item != null)            {                rowExt.UsrItemDescription = item.Body;            } How can I show the actual description of that item in my custom column instead of showing html code.Any help?

I am trying to press RemoveFromHold button on APInvoiceEntry from a Generic Graph Extension but I’m receiving the below error. Can someone help please? The error is “System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: 'Invalid object name 'PXMappedCacheExtension'.'” For the sake of claification, when I press this button from inside the APInvoiceEntry Extension it works. But since this is repeating for 7 screens, I’m converting some of the logics of these extensions to GGE to prevent from repeating.

What are best practices for closing financial periods? I went to “processes » close financial periods”  but  we were able to still post in 2021.  Having an issue with too many transaction still slipping through the cracks in periods that need to be closed and just wondering what a best practice is to cut this off?

Hello,Our customer imports employee credit card purchases from a corporate credit card vendor into the AP Bill screen.  Each purchase/expense line needs to be imported with a Project, a Service Order Number, or project X with a GL expense account.I’m struggling to Link the Service Order Lines to their respective Service Orders.  I see the fields I need in the Details tab, but they are not editable when manually typing in a Bill.  The AP Bill Help indicates these field should be editable.  What am I missing? I tried the “Link Line” button too, but nothing happens: Link Line only works for POs, PO Receipts, and Landed Cost (not Service Orders).If I create the AP Bill from the Service Order, Details tab, then the two highlighted AP Bill fields above are populated with the Service Order Type and Service Order number.  However, we do not want to open many Service Orders and manually create many individual AP Bills. We want to import and link from the AP Bill screen to existing Service Order

I need to look for a sales order that MAY exist or MAY NOT exist in an import scenario and the order may be accessed multiple times across different imports. If the order doesn’t exist, I need the import to start a new order.The import file has a customer reference number. This is a unique field and is my index to look for. If no match is found, I need a new order created. I thought the following commands were what I needed (ignore the highlighted line, it’s not active):   I get two types of errors: If the commit box is checked on the line:Order Nbr → Customer Order NbrWhen I run the import: I get the first row to process, everything says success, but all rows are skipped except the first row. In my 5 rows of test data the PurchaseOrderNumber field alternates between Test1 and Test2. So if I run it, I get a new order with Test1 and ONE item on it (should have 3). The two rows of Test2 get ignored as do the other Test1 Rows. If I run it AGAIN, a new Sales Line is added to the order with
