What is the easiest way to generate an AR Aging report that shows only customers that owe less than $50?  I do not see a way to set a filter for a “less than” amount.  Version 2022 R2.  Thank you!

Hi,i have created a balance sheet by month and added 12 columns for 12 periods and selected the first two digits of the period in the Start Period and End Period in the Data source.i want to hide columns based on the period selected when user runs the report. e.gif user selects 06-2021 then only 6 columns become visible. i have looked at Visible Formula option but dont know how to use it to hide any column where financial period selected in the data source is greater than the selected period.

Hi all,we have 3 tenants in our erp instance as below.Company (prod) uat2 test instanceout of these three, company tenant is being used as the production while other two tenants for testing purposes. Normally, We do our customizations into uat2 tenant, after testing and if it is ok, we publish the customizations into multiple tenants from uat2 to be applied them in the other tenants as well. We have done some customizations recently only for the uat2 tenant, but never published it to other tenants. However, without publishing from uat2 to all tenants, some of customizations have been applied in the company tenant as well. The issue is how it can be happened without giving ‘publish into multiple tenants’ from uat2? Can someone provide me a solution on this?Thank you.

Hi everyone,Just recently learned how to customize projects in Acumatica. Have done a few things successfully; however, I’m currently stumped on summing time fields in acumatica. Currently trying to have a Total Mon,tues, wed, thurs, friday field displayed in the timecard screen.I tried using the following PXFormula attribute to sum the hours in Mon field and place it into Monday total. What I used:[PXTimeList]        [PXDBInt][PXFormula(typeof(SumCalc<EPTimeCardExt.usrMondayTotal>))][PXUIField(DisplayName = "Mon")]I tried using this and well it completely broke the timecard screen. I tried this out based off what I saw online, but clearly I did something wrong. On acumatica web page there is the following:[PXFormula(    null,    typeof(SumCalc<Document.totalCost>))]public virtual Decimal? ExtPrice { get; set; }public abstract class extPrice : PX.Data.BQL.BqlDecimal.Field<extPrice> { }} This was used to calculate total cost so I’m not sure if I should have used the PXFormu

How do we enable profile for a particular user?

Hi,How do I import vendor payment balances? We imported the vendor information (Vendor#, name, address) except the payment balances.  Our system is set up with 10 companies (10 different EINs). Some vendor have payment balances in all 10 companies.  Thanks

All, tearing my hair out over this. GL stuff is way above my head.Basically, we need to print out GL accounts associated with a batch. This is where it goes above my head… sometimes a batch also has an associated PO with an attached GL account (POLine.ExpenseAcctID).You can see in the first screenshot, the amazon GLTran is duplicated numerous times. In the second screen, I added a grouping, it fixed things visually, but it broke things more than fixed. I don’t think the issue is grouping but a relationship/join.Verde Valley Hardware and UPS correct; Linde and Amazon are repeatedTotals for Hardware and UPS are correct but shouldn’t be grouped, and Amazon is incorrectI’ve attached the xml if anyone could take a look… thank you!

Hello - Where does one go for support when connecting bank feeds to an institution like Capital One, where the AccountOwner data does not come down from the bank feed? Tried MX and Plaid - neither one brings down any AccountOwner or descriptive data that indicates who is making a charge. Tried logging cases in Plaid and MX but got rejected with message saying my link id was incorrect. Looking for any guidance - this is an issue for several customers who purchased bank feeds and are not able to take advantage of automated expense management because the data is not available to map to Corporate Cards in Acumatica.

Hello,Need to send one PO to vendor along with parts for treating. However, the PO needs to be linked to multiple production orders. Can this be done in ACU?Any suggestions? Thanks,Larry

We purchase material and it is not received here.It is shipped directly to another vendor to perform service on the material. After that service, it is physically received here. How can this process be improved from what is described below to limit the number of transactions required and allow better visibility to the material.PO to purchase the material.  In notes on this PO, specify where this is to be shipped.  (Outside service vendor) When Vendor 1 ships to vendor 2, receive the material into Acumatica. (ask vendor to notify us when this occurs) Create a production order with the outside service (nonstock item and material) Create PO from the production order for the outside service. Send it out for service in Acumatica Receive it into stock on the production orderThanks!

I need help to figure out whats best to handle a production order that has been closed and still says there’s a balance remaining to produce even though you have scrapped some of the order that needed to be fulfilled and we don’t wish to issue more material to complete the order. For instance we wanted to produce 10 nozzles and issued the materials that were needed to full that order but 2 of them were damaged in the process. In the move transaction we moved the 8 the were completed and in the scrap section we put 2. Since we produced 8 and cant issue anymore material. What would be the best way to approach something like this since someone closed the order and can’t back track it?

I have been through the Training T400 and T410, but I cannot get this to work in my own application. I have looked at some of the related topics on here, and in StackOverflow, and nothing I try seems to work.I have a custom action that I have added to FS300200. This will call out to an external web application to allow a form to be filled out, which will eventually generate a PDF that gets attached to the appointment. This works fine from within the Web Page:  In the custom DLL, the source code looks like this:#region XForm Button public PXAction<FSAppointment> asgExtForms; [PXUIField(DisplayName = "DoorForm", MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select)] [PXButton] public virtual void ASGExtForms() { var allCaches = Base.Caches.Caches; /************************************************ * Code builds fuill url based on what is found in cache ************************************************/ string fullURL = "SOME VALUE BASED ON CACHE"

I have upgraded my local instance of Acumatica to match our production version via the web interface of the instance. Now, when I try to launch locally from the Configuration Wizard, I get an error To work with '[instance name]' instance, you should use newer version of the configuration wizard.I have downloaded the version of the installer that I need. But, I do not see how to upgrade. Can anyone give me the steps to take? I don’t want to cause problems with my current Acumatica instance setup/installation?

I am trying to retrieve the Acumatica Instance ID from within code as part of a licensing validation/restriction type verification. This would be for version 22R1 and newer. Thanks !!

I know how to create volume-based price breaks for individual items in the Sales Prices worksheet. However, it would be a lot more convenient if we could set volume-based price breaks at the item class level. For example, if the customer orders over 1000 lbs, then reduce the base price by 10%.Is it possible to do this in Acumatica?

I thought I would throw this out to see if anyone operates similarly and has a solution. A brief overview on our Pricing Model:We have a “National Price” list for all customers. However, generally speaking each customer has unique pricing based on T&Cs. So for example, we may pitch product A to a customer at the National Price of $100. However, the customer will say, you know we really need the price at $90 to consider you for placement. So we agree that their adjusted Gross Price will be $90. Then we have normal pricing discounts off of that $90. It may be a $5 OI discount on top of the $10 everyday discount that we already provided. So the actual price would be $90 less the OI of $5 for a Net of $85.I would like to show gross sales at the full $100, then one discount listed at $10 (the adjust Gross discount) and then finally a $5 OI discount on all orders. So Gross sales would show $100 but Net would show $85.The issue I am seeing is there is currently in ACU there is only one di

We operate a wholesale business where all of our customers are assigned a discount level off of our list price.  Some customers also have customer specific prices on a few items that we have negotiated.  This was a simple structure to manage in quickbooks using pricing rules but seems to be very complex to set up in acumatica.  Wondering if anyone else has come up with a good way to make this work in acumatica. Our challenges:Utilizing Sales price worksheets we can set up a worksheet for each discount level using customer price classes.  We can also set up a customer specific worksheet for the special pricing some customers receive. Both of these function perfectly.  Our problem is that we add items on a daily basis and using the above method we will have to manually create a new price worksheet for every new item we create.  Utilizing Discount codes we can set up a discount code for each discount level and assign those to our customers however these discounts apply to everything includ

When trying to choose an email template for Add Email in Activities, I get the following error:We are using 2022 R1.  We’ve been using the template for a couple of weeks with no problems until this morning.

We will be transitioning banks starting in the next month or two, problem we have is the bank upload files. Both have 2 optionsThey provide us will bank transaction files. Problem is that these files contain ACH batch totals only. To resolve this they will provide a separate ACH activity file. So we will have to recon the activity to the batch, delete the batch out of the bank transaction file and cut and paste the ACH detailed activity in. So manual and error-prone. Bankers will provide us with a single BAI file that contains all banking transactions and this has the ACH down to the individual transaction level. BAI’s are the industry standard for the banks, so does Acumatica have a way of uploading these? A BAI file looks something like this - see attached. The extension on these files is either .BAI or .BAI2. Note: a single file contains all activity across all our bank accounts. We found a utility that can convert the BAI to an excel format but then we need an import scenario that c

Hello Everyone,I need to export some specific attachment files to my external storage. I found this screen File Maintenance.is there a way to specify multiple files at once then move them to my external storage instead of one by one?I need them to be stored on external storage and not in Acumatica database. Kindly assist.Any kind of response will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Currently when using the scan and issue or scan materials screen, Acumatica defaults to adding 1 unit to the line that you have scanned. In our industry, nearly everything is weighed out and we need our operators to always enter the qty that is on their scale. Is there a way to adjust the settings in Acumatica to default to setting the qty in the scanning modules?

Hi guys,Consider this case below. If the credit terms for customers is “3% discount in 10 days, net in 30 days”, and we made a sale to a customer of $100, with a VAT rate of 10%. The customer paid within 10 days, and I’m trying to generate a tax report looks like this:Total sales: $100Cash discount: $3 (-$3 is also ok)Total taxable amount: $97Total tax amount: $9.7But according to what I have tested on Acumatica, it seems like the above couldn’t be achieved. I tried to use the cash discount feature, and the outcome looks like this:Total sales: $100Total taxable amount: $100Total tax amount: $10The total tax amount here isn’t even correct (should be $9.7).I also thought of recording the cash discount in a separate line in the invoice, but we wouldn’t know whether the customer takes the cash discount or not while recording the invoice. And once the invoice is released, I assume there’s no other way to add a line for cash discount. So any better ideas on this case? Thanks in advance.
