When trying to choose an email template for Add Email in Activities, I get the following error:
We are using 2022 R1. We’ve been using the template for a couple of weeks with no problems until this morning.

Thank you for the response. I changed a couple of permissions and it seems to work now. We do have customizations so was worried it was that. Thank you!
+15- Unpublish the customization package and verify the issue.
- Navigate to tool> trace and find the move next message and verify the trace if customisation package details are showing or not.
