When trying to choose an email template for Add Email in Activities, I get the following error:

We are using 2022 R1.  We’ve been using the template for a couple of weeks with no problems until this morning.

 

@suebrown The move next errors are normally caused by customizations and based on what is shown in the trace file, that appears to be the case here.

  1. Unpublish the customization package and verify the issue.
  2. Navigate to tool> trace and find the move next message and verify the trace if customisation package details are showing or not.

Thank you for the response.   I changed a couple of permissions and it seems to work now.   We do have customizations so was worried it was that.   Thank you!
