I have created a Business Event that fires when the Status of a Purchase Order goes from Pending Approval to Pending Printinng (when it is approved) or Rejected (if rejected by the approver.   i’ve created the GI and have the CreatedbyID and their user name in the GI.   and the BE is firing off every time but i can’t get the email to send to the User that Created the PO.  If i put in my log in in the “To” field it will send me the email every time but i want it to go to the person that created the PO.    Below is the email templete.Below is the Trigger which is working according to the History.Could it be this warning causing the issue?i am the Admin so no sure what the issue is.   Below are the other fields i’m pulling.

Hi, Following an update overnight my dashboard graphs spotted working. I have created/modified reports and have been able to recover most of them. I have an odd issue with the system automatically sizing my doughnut graphs:my Gender Breakdown graph is perfect Home State graph (without a popup legend, as a test) cuts off the names of the states at the top Employment Status graph (with popup legend) also cuts off names at top and sides. Also of note, the size of the doughnut are different. All parameters are the same. How can I fix this?

hi, I am trying to create a report for bill of lading. I have added 2 parameters one i item 1 and second item 2.Its work fine the only weird thing is that the report is duplicating the table. I have attached the screen shot of table. Please guide me on this thanks

Is there a way to allow a user to Reopen a Financial Period without giving them access to the Financial Supervisor Role? We want our AP and AR users to have access to reopen financial periods, but do not want them posting to closed periods, which is happening with the Financial Supervisor Role. Thanks all!

Has anyone added more than three columns to Acumatica Modern UI form. It seems we only have som pre-defined templates that we can select from that supports a maximum of three columns as per the Modern UI Development guide.

I am in the process of building an app to transfer reports between two Acumatica environments in batches using the Service Gate API.  In reviewing the release notes for Acumatica 2024 R2, I see that the Service Gate API has been removed. Is there any documentation or resources that outline the new API that the 2024 R2 Report Designer tool uses to retrieve and save report data?

In Clock Entry, we want the employees to be able to choose which employee they want to see, specifically for the managers. Is there a way we can do this in a Customization Project.Trying to turn Employee ID into a drop down box.

Can anyone explain to me why this error are starting to show? At first there is no problem with our syncing of company entity to shopify then this year 2025 I’m not really sure exact date this problem start occurring  At least one GraphQL error has occurred. Error: Field 'locationCount' doesn't exist on type 'Company';Error: Field 'orderCount' doesn't exist on type 'Company';

Is there someway to send an “approval” flag if a part gets released without an attribute filled out or a technical drawing attached to it?  I’d like to introduce some systemic control over engineering releases to make sure we are filling out data fields.

Hey there! Our business repacks seed potatoes and I’m wondering if there is a way for us to use MRP in such a way that allows us to not have to do any calculations outside of Acumatica (example in excel). We buy seed potatoes in bulk and repack into 4 different sizes based on weight. Each of these items have their own stock item.Right now MRP is running and consolidating sales orders so that we can create production orders. This works great as long as well sell exactly how much we have purchased, but if we sell less we will still want to repack the remaining into various sizes (ideally at the same time of repacking for sales orders). Our work around is to export the production orders out of ACU, put it into an excel sheet, change the “Qty To Produce” of the production order using calculations in the excel sheet, and importing those chanes for those production orders. Is there anyway to utilize inventory planning so that all of the remaining bulk is put into an additional production orde

Good morning! My company needs to place a purchase order that will give us enough stock of an item until April 2026. We have been in Acumatica for less than a year. Below is my proposed method of approach and I’m looking to see if the method will work.Manually enter monthly forecast data for February 2025-April 2026Increase “days of supply” for my purchased items to “453”Should MRP then give a PO recommendation of how much inventory to purchase?

Good afternoon fellow developers,I’d like to get assistance from community with the customization of the SO Shipment.I need to add SOShipLineSplit with partial allocation - identical to what I am doing via LINE DETAILS dialog (see on screenshot) Doing it via below code (with Qty set to 1,500.00) actually creates SOShipLineSplit, but it is always fully allocated, and Qty that I provided gets ignored. I’ll appreciate any recommendations Best regards,Andrey

I have a custom processing screen with two filter fields. The filter for the screen id works.  The filter for the file extension does not.Ignore the first filter field.  I was trying to use a selector to get UploadAllowableFileExtensions, but the value returned includes a “.” in front of the extension.  So I created a DDL with just the last three characters of the extension.  I could not figure a way to trim off the “.” in the value of the selector. When just the screen id is provided, it shows three files for that screen: As soon as I choose PDF from the File Extension2 DDL, the view is refreshed and attempts to apply the file extension filter.  Here is the code for the applyfilters method:protected virtual void ApplyFilters(PXSelectBase<UploadFile> shCmd, RecordsToProcessFilter filter){ if (filter.ScreenID != null) shCmd.WhereAnd<Where<UploadFile.primaryScreenID.IsEqual<RecordsToProcessFilter.screenID.FromCurrent>>>(); if (filter.FileExtension2 !=

  Hi everyone, this might be something really simple but I tried adding a new column (YTD Prev) and it’s only the lines in the headers that are getting cut off.  What I did is put the next column in the column range but that doesn’t seem to work. Any input would be much appreciated. Thank you.  Thanks so much in advance.

Is there way we can flow the Phone number from ACM to Customer/Company in shopify via custom mapping? Thank you in advance

Good Morning Ladies and GentlemenI have a bit of a problem regarding dead stockI am trying to add the Location field to the dead stock screenThis is what I currently have: Non filtered by locationFiltered by location Now the problem I am facing is with the dead stock calculationsAcumatica stores inventory history in INItemSiteHistByCostCenterD, but there is no table that has it based on location, or includes the locationid field (like INItemSiteStatusByCostCenter vs INLocationStatusByCostCenter) Would there be a nice work around, or would I have to build a custom view/DACTo be honest, I just want more advice ;)

Hi,One of our clients has many items with a base of UOM and a Purchase Unit of M2. These items are set up with conversion factors (as shown in the first image below) to correctly convert based on their formulas. This conversion setup seems to be causing some confusion in the PO History tab of the Purchase Orders screen, as a Purchase Receipt was processed using the M2 UoM, but the PO History tab in the Purchase Order is displaying the Receipted Qty in the EACH UoM, which is a much larger number after the conversion (second image below). After looking into the makeup of this field, I found that this PO History tab field is set up to use the Base Unit. Is there a way to ensure that this field always shows what was processed in the main Purchase Receipt record instead of converting to the Base UOM?Let me know if I can provide any other information.Kind regards,Andrew This is the conversion set up for the item shown in the PO and Purchase Receipt belowPurchase Order displays receipt in Base

I just wanted to ask to see if other people are having issues with the Partner Portal currently?  I can’t open a support ticket, it just spins and spins, and then it will time out. -RJ

Hello again,I have a custom field INPIDetailExt.usrAbsVarQty that gets populated correctly by both the PI Review and Scan and Count screens. However, a change to the field by Scan and Count does not reflect accurately on PI Review, even though Scan and Count changes the physical quantity on both forms. When I put in the data for serial number ---78109 into Scan and Count, this is the result:But later, on PI Review, the absolute variance quantity is still at 40: I figure this has something to do with how PXCache works, but even after looking at a lot of documentation and searching the business logic code for how the other fields are updated/saved, I haven’t gotten any of my ideas to work. I am also suspecting incorrect inheritance/extension on my part.  Here is my code for the various screens and sources I’ve tried:Hostusing System;using System.Collections.Generic;using PX.Common;using PX.Data;using PX.Data.BQL;using PX.Data.BQL.Fluent;using PX.BarcodeProcessing;//using WMSBase = Warehou

Hello,      We use Acumatica to send emails often, and the outing going emails are actually not needed. It takes me a lot time and effort to delete them twice on screen “All emails” CO409070.           But I happened to find these records, even if I have clicked delete twice on screen to delete(first time make processed to deleted, second time makes it disappeared from screen.)          The table space usage are NOT actually reduced. Because it is still in DB, just with “DeletedDatabaseRecord =1 ”.        I am not quite understand why this is designed this way. My question is,  if we just Delete * from SMEmail where CreatedDateTime <='2022-09-30 20:30:55.027' and DeletedDatabaseRecord =1 .        Would it be OK?
