Per our internal Acumatica help wiki, I should be able to download the Acumatica Report Designer from http://acumatica-builds.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html?prefix=builds/<buildNumber>, but upon searching for my build number, I encounter a directory with no items.Has the Builds URL changed and is there an alternate URL to download this directly from Acumatica?

When Creating a new item, I select Planning Method - Inventory Replenishment for planning method but then I CAN NOT enter anything in the table for Replenishment Parameters in the Inventory Planning tab.  What is the cause?

I thought that the system would prevent me from posting a payroll transaction to a completed project (and completed task) but it allowed me to.  I noticed I had FA Supervisor role so I removed that role from my access and did it again.Does anyone know how to prevent this?  I’m aware there are customers that want to be able to do this, but I’m trying to figure out how to prevent it. Thank you

Is there a way to add report logic to pull the vendor type alternate ID based on the vendor on the purchase order? We have items with multiple alternate ID types, and in several cases there are multiple vendor numbers listed. I need some sort of logic to specify the alternate type, then match the Vendor ID with the vendor on the PO.Thanks in advanced!

Hello,My task import process is only creating one record. Leading me to believe it is overwriting the record instead of creating multiple lines. I have attached an export of my import scenario as well as a screenshot below. Is there something I am doing wrong for this process? I have interchanged Subject!Subject and Summary and the results do not differ.Thanks,Tyler

Hello, I’ve been trying to expose the Access RIghts of a Role by extending the Web Service Endpoint and adding the Access Rights by Role (SM201025) Screen ID to an endpoint named “AccessRightsByRole”. I’ve populated the fields n AccessRightsByRole with the Role Information mapped object. I need to create a new Email Activity for SOOrder, Shipment, and Payment and Applications in my customization code. Was wondering which method I would override for my requirements and what I need to pass into it in order to create this new record. I’m handling emails being sent out with a different provider so I don’t want the emails to be sent out from Acumatica.

Example: Total value is 30, Sales is 7. so when i check percentage calculation, Percentage  = (sales/total)*100. but output shown is 0. how to check percentage?

Hello!We require to view the company who has created the document on the “Approvals” (EP503010) form. Is there a way that we can add the information to this table?Also, the user who will be approving the document will not have given access to view the transactions of created company and only be given the summary information to approve the document. I tried to take the information from a GI connecting Approval table with the Invoice table for an example. But since the user has no access to the created company, results are not available for that particular user. Amanda 

We have one tenant, 3 companies and 4 branches. Is there a way to create a AR invoice in one branch and have the system automatically create the AP bill in the other? Due to tax and legal constraints we cannot use due to/from general ledger accounts.

Hello all,I have been trying to update the line in one of the screens but unable to do so.I have been trying to update the End date for the second line in the below rate table,  And the import scenario: 

Working Scenario (Inventory → Activity): When navigating from Inventory > Stock Item (IN2025PL) to the Activity screen, the Related Entity field is enabled and functioning as a lookup. This suggests that the field is dynamically activated based on some context (probably related to the inventory item or another entity tied to the stock item). Non-Working Scenario (Opportunity → Activity): When you go directly from Profiles (Opportunity) > Activity (CR306010), the Related Entity field is not editable or available as a lookup. This indicates that certain context or conditions (present in the inventory scenario) are missing when you access the screen from the Opportunity profile.

Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with a production order where the total quantity to produce was set to 11 units. However, the system shows that 22 units have been completed, even though the operator only received 11 units.Does anyone have insights into why the completed quantity is doubling, or what might be causing this discrepancy? Any advice on how to resolve this would be appreciated!

We undertake periodic air-condition units’ maintenance for clients and the norm is the service and spares prices are agreed on annually. These negotiated prices differ from client to client and the AR sales worksheet handles that nicely. Expectation: All inventory hitting a client’s project either from inventory issue or project drop-ship should pick it prices from the agreed figures in the AR sales worksheet. These pricing will feed into the project billingQuestion: Can 2024 R1 handle that or this should be treated as an idea?? 

Hello community, I am looking for some guidance on how to “reset” a few custom fields on a sales order if the related shipment entry is deleted. I was able to get these fields to update when creating a shipment. However, I am a little lost on how to get them to clear on a shipment deletion. For inserting them I wrote an override to “CreateShipment”. For the deletion, I tried to do a SOShipLine_RowDeleted, but cannot reference the SOOrderEntry due to the “PX1045: A PXGraph instance cannot be created within an event handler.” Any help is much appreciated!Thanks,Adam

Hi Acumaticans.Looking for a check format as noted above.  Client refuses to buy new check stock and would be great to not have to reinvent the wheel.  This report design is too painful to work with when it comes to making these kinds of layout changes.

When trying to create a new customer I keep getting this error message:“Customer ID is formatted incorrectly” Here is a screenshot:Creating this same customer works in our development environment which has the same version as our live environment.  Is there some configuration setting I’m missing somehow?Thanks!

Is there a way - either as a parameter or GI filter - to filter the view of a generic inquiry by item workgroup that I am a member of?  We are not looking to set up restrictions, just filter a list of items on a few GIs. We’ve setup each item with a workgroup and can assign employees to one or more workgroup. We’d want to then add a filter or T/F parameter to view only items in “MyWorkGroup” in the same way you can on other process screens like Prepare Replenishment or similar to how @me can be used
