We have a client on 2022 R2 that has the Construction module. Under Projects in the Cost Budget, users are able to delete a line item that has amounts reflected under the Actual Amount Column and Save without any warning messages. Is this a known issue or possible bug? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,Frances

Hello,I am looking for clarity on the Process Bank Transactions > Match to Expense Receipts workflowSubmit (but not claim) expense receipts.  Import bank transactions Process Bank Transactions > Auto-Match System found a match Process Bank Transactions > Process Nothing happened to the matched expense receipt. Ie. Same status and not claimedIs this how it is supposed to work? Do I need to manually claim the expense receipt?

Does anyone have a process in Acumatica to inactivate their vendors in the database that are no longer being used?  

We use cases and tasks to manage our customer requests. We have two classes, support and project.  For support cases we have an SLA of 2 days to solve the case.  Project cases have work tasks associated.  Do others use this module this way and if so, how do you properly report on SLA’s, open and close times, time to complete?  Do you have any dashboards that are native to Acumatica that you use?

Is it possible to change the hyperlink in a financial statement from the General Ledger Details report to a custom report? If so, can this be done per report or would be for all reports?

We run a few automated process overnight, confirm shipments, prepare invoices, release invoices.Occasionally there are errors in this process, where a shipment or invoice is held back from being processed for some reason.Is there a way to set up within Acumatica, where these error message are emailed to a specified email address?This is to with the aim to be more efficient, rather than going into that process, to see if there are any errors.Thanks,

Hi Community, I am struggling to maintain data security in MYOB because a user can see other users’ purchase request and so on. Please help me out. I want to manage it properly and document it. However, I am confused as it is complex to understand. In our scenario, there are 3 types of access rights.Access Rights by License Type Access Rights by Role Access Rights by ScreenThere are modules, forms, functions and what not.Example: If we grant ‘Employee’ License and ‘Administrator’ role to them. And both have different level of access rights.In this case,Which access right over-rides to each other? Is there a hierarchy ? Admins cannot modify access rights by license type as it is purchased accordingly. How does this all work Is there anyone experts here regarding this topic?RegardsAbhishek 

Either this is a bug, or I’m missing something simple.On the PO505000 Create Purchase Orders Screen, fields from joined DACs are always empty.Controls for Joined Data FieldsThis works on other grids, and I don’t see any difference on the Create Production Orders screen, but it’s not working and a lot of the columns on the screen are empty.Any Ideas?For example, the customer name column is added, and the column is visible on the grid, but is always empty. 

Hi EveryoneI have provided details to some of my colleagues on downloading the mobile app but they are having issues gaining access.I had originally set up 2FA and the app was requesting an access code but no notification anywhere of what the code is.I followed the basics for them to remove the app entirely and reinstall after I removed the 2FA. It is still requesting a code.I even generated access codes but none of these are working.Any ideas?Thanks!

Client has a Physical Inventory Type with Generation Method = By Inventory, and Select Method = List Of Items. When the PI is in Data Entering Status, they are not able to count new Items that were not in the original List of Items due to warning “Combination of selected Inventory Item and Warehouse Location is not allowed for this Physical Count.”Is there a way to count new Items or is this is how this PI Type is supposed to work?Thanks

I have setup an email account for sending from Acumatica. When I send an email, for example using the email form attached to the Sales Order print feature, the email is not sent immediately. If I go to Send and Receive Email and “Process All”, it sends the email. What am I missing here in terms of setup, to get the system to send email as soon as the email is submitted to the system to be sent?

Hi,We’ve recently adopted Acumatica for our business and currently in the implementation phase.I am trying to add the PO owner who is ultimately the purchase invoice approver to the Invoices and Adjustments GI but am failing miserably on the relations from adding data tables. I’ve added employees, users, and EPApproval, but either get random approvers, blank, or invoices duplicating.Ultimately, I am trying to create a widget on a dashboard so our PM’s can see that they have an invoice to approve.Any ideas?Thanks!

 Hello!I’ve been trying my own to figure this out but couldn’tI saw there is two ways for doing this, one is creating a unit set and the other one, that I prefer, is create a column set.As you can see I was able to create two columns but I can’t call the branch I want, instead, the two of them are called together printing the same calc in two different columns.Can you help me? I have created a custom screen which contains two grids in separate tabs. one grid is a read only grid. while other grid allows to CRUD operations. Hi everyone,I have an invoice report that is truncating text for no apparent reason. In screenshot below I blacked everything out except the “NO”. On the actual invoice, transaction description shows “NOV2024”. As you can see, there’s plenty of space for 5 more characters. I set field to “CanGrow” (see settings in second screenshot). Any ideas?

We seem to have many States (State-CountryStates) within Countries (country-CountryID) that are setup incorrectly over the 7 years we’ve been on Acumatica/Merged in Data and this is causing issues now that we are using an External Tax Provider.How do we get a request in for Acumatica to develop the ability to have an Active checkbox on these states so that we can deactivate them when they’re incorrect?The best I can come up with right now, is marking them do no use because without being able to update all records where they’re referenced which are now complete/locked records via SQL I can’t remove them as they’re referenced in a record.“State (IN, MUMBAI) cannot be deleted because it is referenced in the following record: Address (105882).” Tagging some of my favorite people in case they can point me in the right direction ;) ​@Doug Johnson ​@Laura02    

We have AP document handling set up. We use a Gmail account for vendors to send invoices.Originally we had Acumatica set up to read directly from the gmail inbox. But, we intermittently got RSC datetime format errors. When we got these errors Acumatica would error and not read any emails. Acumatica support directed us to set up a gmail folder and point Acumatica to that folder. Since gmail doesn’t have folders, we added a label, via gmail filters labeled all incoming email with an attachment with that label, and pointed Acumatica to that label using the folder setting. This change resolved the datetime format error.Our vendors usually send invoices in batches - each invoice in its own email. Acumatica only reads the most recent email from each vendor; the other emails remain in gmail as unread. (This problem existed prior to the label change as well). This problem appears to only exist for each batch.We are on Acumatica version 24R1, use IMAP and Oauth to connect to our gmail account.H

Hi! I have enabled the mass update function on a GI for ‘carrier’ and ‘carrier location’ fields. These two fields are user define and pulls in vendor and vendor location. When I do a look up in the values for update screen, I can only search by Vendor ID not the Vendor Name. Same with location, I can only search by location ID not the location name. Is there a setting somewhere that I missed that is preventing me from searching by the names?
