In case of Database persistence errors I get the error message ‘Access to Message Queuing system is denied.‘But it not an issue of the Message Queueing system. I can access the databas and store data in general. In fact it is an issue with some concrete data that cannot be stored. E.g. property of an entity is wrong or missing.I get this every time when saving to the database fails. For example creating a Shipment from a Sales Order:Is there a chance to get a meaningful error message?

We have inhouse inventory that is transferred to projects on a monthly basis.  Currently through Project Transactions you can enter the Inventory ID, qty, price, etc and the costs will go onto the job however it does not make any adjustment to the inventory stock item itself.  We then have to go into Inventory Preferences, shut off the “Update GL” so that the adjustment does not double up in the GL,  make an adjustment to the physical quantity and cost to reflect the new quantity on hand, then turn the GL back on.  With internal transfers of inventory to projects, we should be able to make one entry that will update the project, the GL and the inventory item all at once.  According to support, we do not have that function at this time so anytime someone has an adjustment to move inventory to a project it is a 3 step process.  We would like to get this streamlined into one and done entry.

Just checking if anybody in the Community know bit more about AWS S3 - External file storage integration. Any guidance or insight how to select the best S3 storage for Medium/M Resource level of Acumatica, what specs we may be looking for? And what pitfalls to avoid. I did check with Acumatica support and there was not much help either, so asking the community if anybody has any insight on this topic.Thanks 

I have a problem and I am not sure how to fix it, one store uses the Shopify connector and one store uses the BigCommerce connector.Each store has thousands and thousands of products with individual SKU numbers, so each stock item in Acumatica creates 1 product in the stores. I am trying to condense these products as much as I can, to give each one a color variant where it is applicable. I was trying to do this with TEMPLATE ITEMS and MATRIX ITERMS but I can’t seem to do it with existing stock items and also use existing stock items for their matrix items (variants).I can not change the SKU numbers, the SKU numbers are used across multiple stores both online and offline.For example say i have these 3 stock items REG-RB-0013 (red lighter), REG-RB-0014 (blue lighter), REG-RB-0015 (green lighter). Currently all 3 of these are different stock items and 3 different products across the stores. I need to take the REG-RB-0013 and make it just a ligh

I am having trouble “Retrieving” transactions in “Process Bank Transactions”. It says successful when i click retrieve but nothing comes in. Then i try to load transactions in test mode and it only shows what has been brought in. Currently, we only have transactions brought in through 12/17. But when I look at transactions on the American Express side, it shows transactions from 12/18 and 12/19 that should have come in. Aside from American Express, our Bank account feeds only worked for one day. The day we migrated them after the upgrade to R2 2022. Since then, nothing has come in on those feeds.

We implemented Avatax with Certcapture about four months ago. If I have a customer that is generally exempt but has a project that is not, I have been going into Certcapture to expire the exemption to force tax. This is a cumbersome process. Avatax has an option to set an over ride word to force tax but Acumatica does not that I know of support this. The over ride in Avatax is looking at the entity usage code field for that information. I am unable to add an over ride code into Acumatica’s entity use code field. I talked with a few people at the Summit and the only suggestion I received was to create a duplicate customer different address.Any help is greatly appreciated.  

We’re using the official Fedex and UPS carrier plugins to do our shipping, but neither seem to have the ability to add any extra information to the Label (and to Fedex).  Is it possible to enable a reference field or any of the other default fields Fedex offers for their shipments?  Currently only the tracking number and address information is on the label.  This makes it very difficult to match up actual invoice charges from Fedex to the Invoice of the Sales Order/Shipment.  Would this take a customization and is the code for the carrier plugins available anywhere?  Didn’t find the repository on the github page. If not, is this something that the EasyPost integration will be able to do?  And is EasyPost as cheap as they appear to be?  From the website it looks like it is free for under 50000 labels a year..are there hidden fees that accumulate?  If not, we may start using it just to get International Shipment working in Acumatica as easily as the carrier plugins work

Good morning, We are evaluating some CPQ platforms to handle made to order products, is anyone aware if Acumatica has ever or has plans to integrate with more advanced CPQ tools like ConfigureOne, KBmax or ThreeKit?

We successfully use the Fedex and UPS carrier plugins to very quickly create labels and do shipments.Both of the plugins are supposed to work with Customer accounts.  We have added the customer accounts on the Carriers screen.  When we ‘Shop for Rates’ on the Shipment however, no matter what we select the ‘Use Customer Account’ box is automatically unchecked and the shipment is made on our main UPS or Fedex account. Any help on where else we can investigate what is going wrong or why it is not working?   Thanks! 

More and more people we cold call want to communicate thru text messaging. Is there a known 3rd party solution/integration that give us the ability to create and respond to text thru the Acumatica platform?

We want to use the SendGrid integration to track opens, clicks, etc. for emails from Acumatica. This includes emails sent: From the Mass Emails screen.  Through Notifications, e.g. sales order notifications, invoice notifications, etc. I configured a system email account to integrate with SendGrid and set it to track opens, etc. by default. When I create an individual email from a business account, those settings populate through to the email, but when I created emails via the mass emails screen and the Print Statements screen, the settings to track opens and clicks (“Track Email Opens” and “Track Clicks in Email”) were not checked on the email activity. Do we need to do something more with our configuration, or does the SendGrid tracking not work for mass emails and notifications?

Does Acumatica have embedded Logger to record all errors that happen or maybe there exists some approach how to record all errors ?Acumatica version 2021R2

Hi,My application generates new Bills in Acumatica via REST request.if document’s size is less than 25mb everything works fine, new bill is created and document is attached to it, otherwise if documents size is > 25mb, I receive this error.Is there any configuration parameter in Acumatica to increase allowable size of the document ?

What is the expected functionality of the Shipstation integration? I Have installed the customization, connected the two software within Shipstation and started to set up the Shipstation configuration in Acumatica. Im having trouble getting the orders sent over to Shipstation. What has to be set up in Ship Via? Does a carrier need to be set? I have gone through the user guide sent over from kensium, but still cant get the order sent over. While the Shop for rates functionality be available with this connection. I can’t find any valid resources to provide me with this information. Can you help?

We wanted to see if there's a way to create a non-stock kit and when this is added to a sales order, we print out a picklist, for the components of this non-stock kit to explode and show the components that makeup that non-stock item. Preferably they would see all the items in the kit listed as individual items on the order. This would be a feature just for us and pickers, it doesn't need to explode the components of it for the customer's copy.

3CX is a phenomenal phone system, it come complete with webchat, video meetings, website integration, and CRM integration. The benefits of this integration peaks my interest. However, they do not boast Acumatica integration. As flexible as Acumatica is, it should still be doable, right?I have never attempted an integration before and have no idea where to start, beyond setting up my sandboxes and a 3cx instance. For anyone who wants to try it out you would have to have a free instance of 3cx and an Acumatica sandbox spun up. I’m looking for input from other end users of Acumatica. We currently use Century Business Solutions (or EBIZCharge) for our credit card processing. For various reasons, we’re not real happy with their service.What 3rd party processors, that integrate with Acumatica, are considered the best? I found a few others (REPAY and ERP-VAR) that also integrate, but I know nothing about them. I hesitate to just jump in with another processor before doing some research, which is what I’m attempting to do now. Ha!

I recently upgraded my Microsoft Outlook to 1.2023.807.100 (Production) and client version 20230804005.15. Now I have lost all functionality of the Acumatica integration with Outlook. Is everyone else having the same problem?
