Hello Everyone,

Does Shopline integrate with Acumatica ERP?

If anyone has experience with this integration, I would appreciate hearing about the workflow, available connectors, or implementation approach.

Thank you.

Hi @AkashTechmatic,

I believe that, in general, any third-party application that provides a REST API can be integrated with Acumatica through a custom integration.

Acumatica already provides integrations with platforms such as Shopify and BigCommerce. For SHOPLINE, a custom integration would likely be required.

SHOPLINE provides REST APIs and event-driven webhooks that allow external applications to synchronize store data. Its documentation also covers webhook signature verification, retry behavior, and handling duplicate events.

You could develop an integration service using C#/.NET or another suitable technology, leveraging SHOPLINE's REST Admin API and webhooks alongside Acumatica's contract-based REST API.

This approach would provide flexibility to handle:

  • Customer and inventory synchronization

  • Sales order creation and updates

  • SKU mapping

  • Custom pricing and warehouse allocation

You can also refer to the existing Shopify and BigCommerce integrations for architectural and processing patterns.

Useful references:

Before starting development, I would recommend validating the API permissions and rate limits, SKU and customer matching rules, tax ownership, currency handling, order modification behavior, and the target Acumatica version and deployment model.

Once these details are confirmed, you can define the integration scope and determine the appropriate architecture and development effort.

Hope this helps!
