Many teams in Vietnam run Acumatica well, but warehouse, branch and frontline users still struggle with an English-only interface. To help with that, S4 Consulting maintains a Vietnamese Language Pack for Acumatica, and we offer it free of charge to Acumatica partners and to every company using Acumatica in Vietnam.
We have just updated it, and it works with Acumatica 2026 R2 and the Modern UI.
What is in the pack
- Coverage: 83.5% of the interface strings are translated (41,322 of 49,488, measured on a 2026 R2 instance on 24 October 2026), compared with about 8% out of the box. This includes menus, workspaces, screens, key business fields and system messages.
- Per-user language: each user chooses Vietnamese or English at sign-in, and everyone works on the same data. Accountants can work in Vietnamese while regional management stays in English.
- Vietnamese accounting and operations terminology, based on our implementation work in construction, manufacturing, distribution and F&B.
- Installed as a standard customization project with no changes to the core. A rollback package removes it cleanly.
- Upgrade-friendly: translations are kept through upgrades, and we add translations for new strings in each release.
