I am looking for an AR Aging based upon financial period that would include the unreleased retainage in it as well. This should be pretty standard to have but the out of the box “AR Aging Period Sensitive Report” does not have retainage available in it. How can we get something or is there another report that I am missing.
Hi Team,For one of the GI’s in the Customer Portal we are having issues with the navigation. This is happening in the upgraded version of 2022 R1, the same GI navigation was working in the older version. When the row is clicked on the GI, it always redirects to the home page.
Hello all,Looking to see if it is possible to change future financial periods. Currently our Financial year runs from April - March and that is how the system is configured. One small change we would like to make is the financial year naming. ie currently in the system we are financial year 2022 with monthly periods running from 4/1/2022 - 3/31/2023. For these periods we would actually say this would be financial year 2023. we use FYE (financial year ending) 2023 for the year we are currently in, but acumatica is set up as year 2022. Understanding I likely can’t do much for current and past periods I was wanting to start the new fin year off correctly.So starting 4/1/2023 I would like to create a calendar that lists that year as 2024 with the periods running from 4/1/2023 - 3/31/2024. I believe this means in the system there would be no 2023 fin year as I have been told we cannot rename the current year/periods. Hi Everyone, How to create a bill directly from PO not PO receipt?ExamplePO created - material + freight(non stock)PO receipt - only material When I create a bill, I can add the PO receipt details, so freight cost will not be added on the bill. If I manually add it in the bill, will there be a problem on the PO side? My boss doesn’t wanna add the freight cost in the PO receipt, since freight is not a material.
I am trying to understand how the Balance Sheet works on Acumatica so I can reproduce it in my integration project. From my understanding, Balance Sheets are generated based on a Ledger. However, it appears that the Inventories account in the Balance Sheet below contains data that has been posted to a different Ledger.This Balance Sheet was generated using the T100 demo data, using the ACTUALSOFT Ledger. Inventories amount of 440,480. In addition, I am not sure why this Balance Sheet does not balance. The Journal Transaction that I am confused about is shown below.As you can see, this journal was posted to the ACTUALCOMP Ledger, and not the ACTUALSOFT Ledger which I used to generate my Balance Sheet. However, it is still present in my Balance Sheet. Hello,I can find no documentation on the sales profitability reports calculations.Is there any documentation on what costs are included in the calculations?This is specifically being asked in a manufacturing environment.This is the specific request “I really need to understand is the sources of inputs to equal the cost field when then determining the customer margin value in the system. ”
I can see transactions in my cash account and have the total I expect in the TB, but when I go to reconcile the same cash account I see transactions that I don’t see in the cash account detail and don’t see transactions that I do see in the cash account detail. When I run the reconciliation statement report, the transactions I’m missing show in the uncleared sections. But when I go to continue reconciling I can’t find them. Not a date issue, I’ve cleared all date filters and checked posting and cleared dates. I’ve trashed and restarted this recon a few times, thinking it might be a fluke. Same issue. We’re also on an older version of Acumatica, 2021 I think, with plans to update soon. Could that be causing this issue?
Hi, I am trying to Release an invoice but I get an error that says GL Error Actual Ledger “ must be defined in base currency USD only. This is happening in our live environment but not in the sandbox (which was refreshed yesterday). This leads me to believe that a setting was changed somewhere inadvertently by a user. Any help would be appreciated.TIA
