Hello,I am in the process of setting up several new companies for demos. We would like to set up an undeposited clearing account for AR payments. I am not clear on how this works in Acumatica. I found documentation on how to set up the accounts, but what is the actual processing to resolve the undeposited funds account?1.How are the funds moved out of the undeposited funds and where to? 2. Is it before or after the bank reconciliation? 3. How are check batches deposited? 4. Which account is actually reconciled with the bank reconciliation?  Please help me get a clear picture of this process. Thank you,Barbie Jeter

Hello,We have a new employee that started.  They entered an AP bills that was suppose to be on a recurring schedule.  The invoices slipped through, approved and paid.  Now that the recurring invoice is off schedule, whats the best way to get it back on schedule, and is there a way to tie the accidental invoice back to the recurring to get it back on schedule? As you can see the dates are also greyed out and unable to be changed.  I assume i can run the schedule and just delete the invoice, but that still leaves a whole in the generated documents list. Thanks,Jeremy     

How can expense claims be enabled on our platform? I read that we will need to enable Expense Management from the “Enable/Disable Features” screen, however this option is not available.  Similarly, the “Time and Expenses” page has very limited options.

Were exploring using the employee time card function so we can get our labor costs to hit our projects on a timely basis. Can someone please advise how we they have been doing it?

I am setting up a new tenant on my production system but when I went in to create the Master Financial Calendar, it set the “Start Date” to April 2nd, instead of April 1st and now the ENTIRE financial year is off by a day.  (see screenshot)How do I correct this so that all of the periods match the months correctly??  (I HAVE to correct this before I can activate any of the periods.)As you can see from the screen shot the Start Date is greyed out and I am not able to manually change that.  

Hi, I’m wondering why I’m getting an saying SO Error: The document is out of the balance in the Bills and Adjustments screen. I’m not sure on what to do to fix this error.   

I need a margin report (like the sales profitability report) that includes our freight/delivery costs.Our sales prices are delivered prices and don’t include the delivery price charged to the customer.At present, I am using a generic enquiry linked to excel, and then manually allocating the freight/delivery cost manually.What’s the best way for me to automate this process??I was thinking of using a custom field during the A/P entry for sales order, and then somehow linking this to a new generic enquiry.Wanted to check that Acumatica doesn’t do something like this out of the box…..I have attached my excel report headings...

We are scheduled to go live with Acumatica in the next few weeks. We have been working in a sandbox tenant of the software and want to make sure all our settings are correct before fully switching over. In our Warehouses in the sandbox, certain GL Accounts settings are mandatory, but in the live tenant they aren’t (both screenshots below). Any ideas what settings/data/other would be forcing the sandbox tenant to make these settings mandatory when they aren’t in the live tenant?Thanks

Hello! So I understand Acumatica can send out AR Invs/CMs in mass, by email, which sends 1 email per every 1 document. I also know if we multi-select and then go to Print, we can send out multiple documents combined into 1 pdf, with 1 email. These options are great, however there are certain clients who would instead prefer to see multiple documents split up into 1 email. Do anyone know if there is a way to do this?

It also adds and excludes certain customers from a different class.It worked before I tried to add additional customers, but no longer does.Is there a specific order that these filters must be added? Hi. I have an issue in my report(Non PDF version) when converting into PDF version. Here i’m getting a value for the part number which has a quite long value. When i convert this into the PDF version, the full value doesn’t display as shown below. Is there any solution for this? Client is running Device Hub to print checks on 22.212.0046. Recently (and intermittently) when printing checks by company (has ~130 companies in one tenant), the checks will print for 2 separate cash accounts in the same run. i.e. client prepares checks Company A for cash accounts CA-1 and CA-2 . Switches to Prepare/Print for CA-1 and clicks Process, the checks for both CA-1 and CA-2 print with the number sequencing from CA-1. They’ve been live for a year and this started 3-4 weeks ago, but frequency appears to be accelerating and affecting different companies. There is a customization, and I intend to restore a snapshot locally, unpublish and test, but wanted to see if anyone had seen something like this before.Thanks.

We noticed that when a payment is being created and the payment method needs to be changed, the next payment to use the Check payment has moved forward to the next check number despite not using it on the previous payment. Screenshots start with payment to vendor and check 3339, changed to fedwire. The next vendor is set up to be paid and the check has skipped the unused 3339 and moved forward to 3340.Has anyone seen anything like this?
