HI, Having successfully sync imported some balances for a period, it is now possible to import balances from a prior period? Getting “There are no records to process.” error.

Thanks Laura, the error was because the Consolidation accounts were not mapped fully in the subsidiary chart of accounts.

Hello,

I’ve configured Consolidations for two clients, and both times we left the From/To Periods blank to consolidate all history.

Do you see the same error when  you leave From/To Periods blank on the Active line?

What periods did you consolidate, and were the batches produced by Consolidation Released & Posted to GL in the Parent?

 Is it possible to restore your Snapshot of the Consolidation parent tenant, made before the prior consolidation was run on 11/23 and consolidate all with From/To period blank?
