Adding Entry Type to a Payment Processing Center

Hello,

Does anyone know how to add an entry type for a fee to an existing payment processing center? We have created several entry types, and unfortunately none of them are showing up in the list. 

 Here is one of the Entry Types

The Fees are used for settlement batches, hence the Entry Types available are based on the Deposit Account (highlighted below)

Note- Make sure in the cash account screen, entry types are filled under the deposit cash account.

I changed the entry type module to CA, and it still does not show up.
