How to make it compulsory / Required when user create customer account, I want to make it cannot save if the line is empty.     and Also how to make the column compulsory / Required in SO line  

Hello Acumatica famDoes anyone know where I can find the article that shows this diagram for how Vendor Prices are handled?I found a reference to the diagram via this forum topic. There’s link to the original Acumatica doc but the link is broken. 

Just want to ask for a customer who is a medium size business in the Food retail market, as to what options you have experienced with external POS systems that integrate to Acumatica.Clients main concern is having flexibility in choice of payment gateway to avoid huge merchant fees on credit card transactions.  Always good to get other consultants opinions on what options are out there, so thanks in advance!

Hello!Unsure if this is possible, but hoping someone has an answer or an idea that would help.Our customers have been utilizing the Acumatica adjacent customer portal to view their statements, past orders, and place online orders. Is there a way to set a default pricing for one of our customers so that they only see the pricing as $1 for all of our products, but on our end, we have another price class (the true price class) that has the “correct” pricing that we can select so that the SO that the customer created or that the SO we create will reflect the correct/updated pricing? Or would we just have to manually enter the correct price as they submit their online orders, etc.?

I’m registering for Summit and notice that many of the sessions are full, is there a chance that capacity will be added for some of the full sessions. Most of the full sessions also appear to have a full waitlist.

Hi,I am looking at the “Bills and Adjustments” transaction summary under section “Payable”. There is a column call “Project” but not information show in it, even though the project data have been entered for each bills. I have checked several versions of 23r1 and 24r1 to find that every version I check has a problem with complaining of duplicate entry while ignoring the Effective and Expiration dates of APVendorPriceMaint.  I recall from some time back that we could enter a future dated price for a supplier by setting the expiration of the current record for the price break and entering an effective date after the (or maybe on same) expiration date.  While POCreate goes through several layers of code to get to where it selects a price that accounts for effective and expiration dates, APVendorPriceMaint.ValidateDuplicate does not use this logic.  Furthermore, the error message thrown is AR.Messages.DuplicateSalesPrice making me think this might be a copy/paste error from similar logic in an AR screen.  Is this a bug as it appears or an intentional change from past behavior?  I am on Build 23.114.0025.

Hi everyone, When exporting file attachments, in this case the Shop for Rates excel export, it downloads to my computer in a strange way. It says its an Excel file, and the file size is 5 KB.  After I open the excel document and save it, the file size jumps up to 9-10 KB.  The main issue I’m having is when trying to import these export files into Power BI (or even Jupyter notebook and Python). If I try to import the file into Power BI before saving it, I get this error: Does anyone know what the file type really is when it is exported from Acumatica? And is there a way to have this change to a “Valid excel document” without having to open up every file, save, and close?  Thanks in advance!

Is an Acumatica site’s IP address static, or is it a dynamic one that can change over time? Our IT needs to know so they can set up a Microsoft 365 Connector, and they’re concerned a dynamic IP address could make it difficult to maintain. 

Thanks to the other topics already posted here, I’ve been able to create a wiki for my custom page!  If I put my wiki on the dashboard, and click it, it opens to my default “Overview”.  When I click the help button on my custom screen, the wiki opens but it does not start out at Overview.  It defaults to the “root”.  If you click Overview in the tree menu, it opens the overview just fine.  It is just a little UI issue for me to not put the user at the “root” where there are no articles.Here are some screen snips showing what I mean.Here is the dashboard:Clicking this gives me the desired results: From my custom screen I click the help button and this is what shows up:Note that Overview is not selected by default.This is the setup for the Wiki which looks right as it does show overview by default when selected from the dashboard.I will eventually remove this one from the dashboard as I will want it used just on the custom help button.  It is on the dashboard now just so I can see it fun

I have a timecard for an employee April 1, 2022;  this happens to be his first time card; however I would like to create all of his time cards from Jan 1, 2022. The Employee Generate Time card only creates timecards for the first time card forward?

Our Device Hub installed on a server is showing errors and all of the printers in Acumatica are not set to active and “Active” button is grayed out.I verified our version of Device Hub matches our current version of Acumatica and that is version 2023 R2What caused my printers to go inactive and now are grayed out.We recently upgraded to version 2023 R2 of Acumatica and Device Hub and all was working ok up until then.Any help is appreciated. 

Hello,I am trying to access OData to eventually pipe data to Excel but I cannot get my credentials to work.  I am using the URL http://<application site domain>/odata/We only have one company so there is nothing to add after ‘odata/’, although I’ve tried that as well.I am then prompted for credentials and I enter my Acumatica username and password, and the credentials are invalid.  I have checked the box for OData4 User for my username.What am I missing here?Thanks!

Good afternoon consultant,I would like to know if you can help me with the following query:In Property Management, in the Units option, one of the units was deleted by mistake and when trying to create it again, Acumatica gives the following error "Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Unit / Space: Error: The record has been deleted ."My question is: how can I locate within Acumatica if this Unit has any associated transaction that prevents its creation or what is causing this error?Thank you very much in advance for your response.

Hi. I created a business event to send a notification of a sales quote created based on the amount. The issue I am facing now is that the business event send out notification on quotes that were sent out on past dates (if a person makes changes to the sales quotes created on previous dates). I need the notification to only send out sales quotes created today only. Please can you help me out.

Hi All, I have a very simple Business Event that I can’t get to trigger. Condition is for an appointment that changes to status of Completed. I made a copy of the Appointments primary list to use in the BE. Screenshot below. To test I open an Appointment, start it, then complete it so status is Completed. No history shows. Spent a while trying different things… Not sure if I’m missing something obvious?  

hi!is anyone aware of a way to mass delete emails pending processing?  i know you can click into the email and cancel processing which removes it from the list but i wasn’t sure if there was something already in acumatica that would allow you to cancel more than one email at a time!any help is appreciated!

Hello, has anyone created a business event notification for when a prior period is unlocked?

We have purchased a Spanish Language Package to provide an additional language option for our Spanish-speaking users. Could someone please guide us through the process of enabling it? Our partner has initiated a case with Acumatica, but unfortunately, they haven't been able to provide clear instructions on adding the additional language. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
