Hello all,I have the below Po order details & the result in PO Order report:The Inventory IDs are same for all, but have modifications made in the Line description column PO Order report PO641000When we compare the above screenshots we see that the Line description are not on the same line number as in the PO screen (PO301000). So I am looking to print the descriptions & details in the same way as they are entered in Line level in PO Order.How can I achieve this?I tried the below in report designer, but still no changes, Thanks.
I am trying to switch to using the Odatav4 endpoint instead of the REST API for fetching order data. One thing that I noticed that it seems to be missing is the ID of the Purchase order. I am using the following request: http://localhost:40294/AcumaticaERP/ODatav4/MYSTORE/PX_Objects_PO_POOrder?$expand=POLineCollection($expand = InventoryItemByInventoryID($select = InventoryCD,Descr,ItemStatus,BaseUnit))&$filter=OrderNbr eq '000024'This works well but it does not seem to contain the ID of the order which I know to be dee069aa-a63a-ef11-9050-e848b8c82000 from using the REST API: http://localhost:40294/AcumaticaERP/entity/Default/23.200.001/PurchaseOrder?$expand=Details&$filter=OrderNbr eq '000024'Is this not possible or am I missing something.
Hello all,I am getting the below error when I upgrading any of my libraries from 2023R2 to 2024R1 (24.104.0008). I have tried reinstalling the 24R1 but still have the same error. For these specific DACs:ARInvoice, ARPayment, ARCashSale, PMProject, PMQuote and PMTranI need to figure out how to hard-code around the existing lookup on the CustomerId or BaccountId (whether attribute based or uses PXSelector) to exclude or restrict selection of customers that are parent customers. eg. exists (Select ParentBaccountId from Baccount where ParentBaccountId = this.BaccountId)I’m not sure how best to accomplish this. My first thought is add a computed field (non-persistent) to Customer or BAccount called IsParent that runs the above query to return a boolean. Then use that in PXRestrictor wherever we need to prevent the selection of these customers. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like I can make it generic by creating my own attribute as it appears there are different attributes and methods on these foreign keys already being used.Any ideas?
Hello! I have configured branches in my system and each branch has its own warehouse. My main branch transfer items to other branches but adding a charge. For an example, inventory cost of my main branch is 100 and when transferring we charge 30 and consider it as my income. For the destination branch item cost should be 130. No purchase order or sales order is created. Is there anyway I can set up this?Amanda

Is it possible to generate an invoice out of Receivables and code against a project BUT to a different customer than the project is setup to? Right now it appears there is a hard restriction that only the customer on the project can be selected in Receivables invoice screen in order to charge to that project.Our use case as a contractor is that we occasionally do additional T&M on-site work that one of the other subcontractors request of us ( hauling off their debris in addition to ours or digging a quick trench for them) We generally like to tie any billing/revenue for this type of one-off T&M work back to the project, since its generally small and our costs for us to do the T&M work are generally lumped in within larger scope of work for the main Project/Customer. As noted above we would generate this T&M invoice, and receive payment from the third party subcontractor and NOT the customer listed on the project. Any suggestions on how we could do this?thanksSteve
I am getting an error when trying to delete an On Hold AR Invoice that’s created from a pro forma invoice. See below. The message seems incomplete and makes no sense. I need to recreate the proforma invoice to factor in the updated bill rate.Does anyone know why and how to resolve?BTW, is deleting and regenerating the pro forma invoice the best way to correct billing rates? In my example, some rates have been changed and added in the rate table after the proforma invoice was processed. Thanks for your time and input in advance.
When you get this error : “Carrier Service returned error. : PHONE.NUMBER.REQUIRED Phone Number is a required field. Please update and try again.” it does not refer to the phone number on the shipment contact. It refers to the phone number on the warehouse record you are shipping from.
If you get a “ACCOUNT.NUMBER.MISMATCH Account Number Mismatch -As the payment Type is SENDER, ShippingChargesPayment Payor AccountNumber should match the shipper account number .Please update and try again.” error there is a mismatch between the account number in the Carrier setup and the account number in the Fedex project setup in the Fedex developer portal.

I would like the “Service Orders” tab to be shown in the “Payments and Applications screen in “Receivables” as it does from the “Prepayment” tab in appointments. As you can see in both images, it says “Payments and Applications” but one screen does not have the “Service Order” tab.I would like this option when coming from the “Receivables” module so the Accounts department does not have to open an actual service order to apply a prepayment so prepayments are properly recognized from a Job and Accounting view point. Somehow a lot of our Inventory on the Big Commerce site became “Untracked”. The check box labeled “Track Inventory” on all these items somehow became unchecked.Does anyone know how this happened and how we can fix this issue without doing it manually for each item individually?

Just upgraded from 2022R2 to 2023R2 as we were pressed that our current version was rolling out of support. We use the Construction Edition, 2023R2, 23.208.0026 upgraded to this build on 5/14/24.PROBLEM: Inventory Module, Recalculate Inventory Process. Enter the Warehouse, Inventory ID, Item Class of the item, and check the Rebuild Item History Since box and enter your desired date from which to recalculate. Next, select the "SELECTED" checkbox in the grid next to your listed inventory item(s) that you wish to recalculate the inventory for. Select the "PROCESS" button to execute the recalculate inventory process. The process displays a “Failed” error notification panel. Error message says: “Operand data type NULL is invalid for max operator.” All of the Qty information display in the error panel is incorrect as well. We had a Project Inventory Location GI we had created in 2022R2 we use heavily. Now that we are upgrading to 2023R2, the GI has to be re-written because of the PMLocationStatus and PMLotSerialStatus tables having been removed in 2023R1. I’ve been trying to get the GI modified using the table references in the Release Notes for 2023R1. I am apparently missing something. I would appreciate help reviewing our original GI (titled Project_Inventory_Location.xml attached here) against the version I am working to modify in our SANDBOX for our upgrade to 2023R2 titled MR_050724_Project Inventory Location.xml attached here. The modified GI is creating duplicate rows. I’ve reviewed the GI and am not seeing the reason for the duplicate rows being returned. Thanks for looking and any help you might offer in advance.
Our client came across a scenario where they marked several daily field reports as complete, but didn’t un-check the “hold” box on the labor time and activities. This prevented the labor from appearing in any “mass release” workflows and, ultimately, from posting to the projects. I would anticipate that being an automatic link - when the daily field report is complete, so is the labor time and activity. But this appears not to be the case. Has anyone else come across this? If so, what workflows have you used to monitor and/or prevent it?
