I am trying to release payroll and am receiving the below error. Any idea what could be causing this? In Acumatica 24R1 through 25R2, I have experienced an issue of the Shipstation “Age” being off by up to 23hrs. This seems to be the “expected” behavior according to Shipstation. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, any work arounds?
I am trying to create a production order from the production order screen and am getting the following error message:AM Error: The following error occurred when the system tried to copy the BOM: Unable to cast object of type 'PX.Data.PXSegmentedState' to type 'System.String'.I have checked the BOM and cannot find anything wrong with it. Material and move completed from Operation 10 to operation 20, not all required claimedHi, we are experiencing issue where the required material quantity is not being claimed in the operation. An item was received into Warehouse A with an incorrect unit cost, but it has already been transferred to Warehouse B. The stock item uses the Average Cost method. Can we create an INV Adjustment to adjust item’s cost at warehouse B or we have to transfer it back to Warehouse A to adjust it?

We’re using Acumatica’s WMS and we’ve run into an issue with a pick list that was started by one user but not confirmed. The original picker left for the day without completing the pick, and now the pick list is essentially locked—no other users can access it, either through the picking screen or the pack-out stage.Is there a way for a different user (such as a supervisor or another picker) to either take over the pick list or force it into a confirmable state so we can move the order to packing?Any guidance on how to handle in-progress pick lists that are abandoned before confirmation would be appreciated!

We created an ARM Consolidated Income Statement with the following details: Report Code: CONPL Title: Consolidated Statement with Trees Issue:All units in the Unit Set are printing, including sub-units.Desired behavior:We only want the root-level units (directly under ROOT, such as AJ, AK, AP, AQ) to print.We do not want child units under those nodes to print (for example: AJ106030, AJ206030, AJ506030).We attempted to control this using Printing Group, but it appears that Printing Group only controls row/column visibility—not whether a unit itself prints.Question:Is there a way in ARM to prevent sub-units from printing within a Unit Set (for example via Printing Group, filtering, or wildcards), or is the only supported approach to create a separate Unit Set that includes only the root-level units intended for consolidated reporting?Any confirmation or best-practice guidance would be appreciated.
i am trying to setup Total row in ARM, after set formula in column. How do I display the total that I have created in the row set? I was asked to create a Trial Balance with an ending balance of Debit and Credit, as a result the column uses a fairly long formula. My guess is that because of the formula, the total row set cannot display the sum. or maybe because I am using a subaccount Row Set the total row set cannot display the sum. Thank you,Jefri
Hello Acumatica folks,Our emailing Statements fail to send, when the print invoices is NOT selected. But when the print statement is selected to the ones that did not process, they then process. However we don't want to print and mail and also send an email. If we have both selected we will print / mail and email. We only want to email. With invoices we select one or the other, not both. How do we set NOT to print statements when we just want to email the statement?We can do one or the other or both. We only want to do one task, not both. For it to work I had to select both and that is not what we want to do. Error Message:Email cannot be created for the specified report 'AR641500' because the report has not been generated or the email settings are not specified. We reviewed one account that worked and one that didn't work, one difference we notice is that the one that didn't work doesn't have the Print statement checked, the one that worked does have this checked,

Hi, we have a subcontract that incurred backcharges for scope that was bought out by another company that ran the subcontract total amount into the negative. We recently changed our ERP to Acumatica and we are looking to track this backcharge but cannot process the change orders that run the subcontract into the negative.How can I track this negative commitment amount for my project buyout summary?ex. Subcontract A issued for $5,000. Subcontractor A failed to perform work and another Subcontractor B bought their contract for $5,100. We have a workflow in which once a Subcontract has been fullly Billed, we create an invoice in our system to release the retainage. There is usually no progress billing on that bill, and we are looking to release all retainage for that contract.It appears that there is a way to release retainage for a single bill at a time, but if I have a scenario like this:Subcontract total value: $10000Bill 1: $5000, with $500 retainageBill 2: $2500, with $250 retainageBill 3: $2500, with $250 retainageOnce that last bill is out, we create a ‘Retainage Release’ of $1000. Is there any way to do this efficiently in the Acumatica API, other than finding all the Bills against a subcontract and looping through, releasing against each Bill?Or can I somehow release the full $1000 against the Subcontract in a single call?

With the retirement of Authorize.net, we want to swap out Authorize.net as the payment processor in our BigCommerce platform and in its place use Acumatica Payments. Hi, I have a customized report (attached) and added the stock item’s Alternate ID of the parent customer. The column I’ve added this into the report is called ‘Customer Code’. However, quantities are multiplied.Can you please help me correct my joins or if joins are correct, the conditional statement is wrong.I ran this report for Account C013554. Product code is 4005 and customer code is 1909830C000916 is the parent customer of C013554As you know, C00916 is the parent customer of C013554. I want to pull the Alternate ID of this parent customer
Hi All,We have a few clients where the native Guest Customer functionality won’t suffice for them.They would like to have Guest Customers from BigCommerce still be created as a Customer record in Acumatica as long as the Email is not assigned anywhere else yet.Is this natively supported somehow?Either via Mapping or other functionality?
