PO Receipts Open Quantity

Yes.  You can add just about anything you want to a GI, including adding Open Qty to the PO Receipts GI.  (I recommend exporting the GI to XML as a backup before making changes.)

Receipts can have multiple lines - do you want to see Inventory items and Open quantity per line?  If yes, each PO Receipt with multiple lines may be listed once for each line in the PO Receipts GI after your change.

If you want only the Sum of Open Quantity across all lines (each PO Receipt will continue to appear only once in the GI with this option): add the PO Receipt line DAC to the PO Receipts Generic Inquiry, add the Open Qty field and Group by PO Receipt Type & PO Receipt Nbr.

​@Laura03 in the report designer is there a way for me to show open qty/back order per receipt line on that PO receipt without it duplicating and would you know how? as for the GI it would be open qty as a total for that one PO receipt and it doesn't duplicate.
