Hi all,My team has asked for a mod that makes sense… with tasks that have opted to have a reminder, the reminder date defaults to today’s date (@today)… which doesn’t make sense for us. We would like to have the reminder date default to the set end date. Is there an easy way to customize this or low code it? Maybe with modified attribute?

Hi AllWe have a custom report in our instance (24R1) called ‘Quantity Sold Report’ it basically gives us how many items were sold, how many we have on hand and how many we have on order (see screenshots attached).The users wanted a bit more granularity to the report and asked if it was possible to include the brand of the products as well, since brand was an inventory attribute being used, I was able to add it as a parameter and it worked (see screenshots attached).We have another attribute that they would like to use as a parameter, that being the ‘Critical’ attribute to mark if the item is a critical item or not. I added the parameter to the report same as the brand attribute (see screenshot attached) but the items do not show how we wanted it to. If the critical item checkbox is ticked, then only the items marked as critical show up which is correct, however if the box is unticked only the items that are not marked at critical show up. Currently, we have a cash flow statement that works for the current year. The client wanted to add a column for the previous year which is easy enough to create the second column within the Column Set with and offset of -1. However, in row set they have created, there are two lines that also has an offset value to -1 as they need balances from previous year for the current year Cash Flow statement. When I created the Column set with an offset of -1, it will get the data from last year, however, the two lines within the row set still retrieves last year but I need it to pull 2 years back. Is there a way to do this in ARM?  Basically, if the offset within the Column Set is set to -1, I would need for the offset value within the row set to be -2. 

When you create a PO, the Promised On date in the header transfers to any PO Lines that are added.However, if you update the Promised On date in the header, the Promised date in the PO Lines alters to the Promised On date PLUS the Item Lead Time in the Vendors tab in the Stock Item (in the example below, 7 days).Is this a setting we need to change, or a bug (as obviously the Promised On date is the date the Vendor is delivering their goods to us. It does not need a lead time adding to it)?Thanks,

We are an MSP and one of our clients has a technician onsite that works cases from the customer portal. We need them to be able to edit the reason listed in the case to some of the custom options we have created. I was able to add these to the combo box values in the field section of the customization but they do not appear in the drop down only the combo values that exist in the base version of portal. If we change the reason in the main tenant it does change on the customer portal side but gives an exclamation stating that it is not set for this workflow. Unfortunately there is no workflow option with the customizations for the customer portal. Now they are set to be available in the workflow as it is set in the main tenant. Reason had its name changed to status

I was wondering if there was a way to prevent a shipment from being created on a Sales Order that has no Ship Via and/or Shipping Terms selected? Unfortunately we have a problem with sales reps not doing due diligence to check the Shipping tab prior to creating a shipment and it creates confusion and time wastes in the warehouse when a pick ticket prints with no shipping information on it.

Hi,  I am having troubles converting my attribute value into a number for my expression.I have an attribute applied on some stock items that is called UNITCOUNT which is just a field where I can enter a basic number.Essentially a 10 count box the unit count attribute would be 10. Or in the same way, 10kg of powder would be 1000 servings so the unit count would be 1000.  I was told to pull in the CSAttributeDetail Data Source but I am not sure that I connected it correctly. The UNITCOUNT attribute displays in the GI perfectly, however, when I put it into an expression like:=([AMMTranSplit.Qty]/ (CStr([InventoryItem.UNITCOUNT_Attributes])) I then get an error when viewing the GI 

We have created an extra Credit WO transaction and I am not having any luck zeroing it out.  I have tried to apply it to a debit memo without success, When I try to reverse it, I get a zero transaction and it remains on the statement.  What would be the best way to get rid of this?

I’m getting this message when trying to do our first VAT return. Anyone got any ideas as to where to look to correct this. I don’t seem to be able to prepare any VAT returns without this being configured. Thanks in advance a tax report cannot be prepared for the selected company and the tax agency because the report version for the tax period has not been found in the system

Is there a way to set a cost on an item being sold intercompany/branch based on a percentage, similar to the margin feature in Acumatica? I see where I can set a Sales Price or manage pricing based on costs. The problem is with intercompany sales; you start with a Sales Order in the Customer-facing branch, which pulls the item cost, which really is different from the intercompany cost. Take this example: Company2 sells a widget to customer1 The widget is added to the line, and the “cost” is pulled from the item at that time. The problem is we want to sell the widget from company 1 to company 2 at a 5% markup (for example). All of the features only work at the pricing level so the intercompany order might be able to add a correct price of cost +5% the original order does not reflect that costing rule and shows cost.(I hope that made sense) I am sure others do similar things. What do you do to manage this?

Hello, new to Acumatica and looking for help. I’ve looked through the receivables and noticed that I can’t select certain past due invoices to the same customer with attached copy of their invoices by email. Are we able to do this? Also, are we able set up a schedule for past due invoice(s) to customer by email along with a copy of the invoice(s)? Thank you!!

Current procedure requires the manual selection by BRANCH to see the UNPOSTED BALANCE prior to release of activity that has been uploaded for each subaccount.  Is there a quicker way or system report that would return the end of period UNPOSTED BALANCE listed by SUBACCOUNT?  The Account by Subaccount only reflects the RELEASED BALANCE.

Hi All,We have some weird behavior currently.We are trying to adjust out expired Inventory. Receipt states QTY on Hand is Zero, yet the Lot is stating a different story:We are currently not able to released this Adjustment due to the following error which is caused by the QTY On hand on the Receipt equaling 0Any ideas if what is going on and how to resolve this?

The Import Branch and Mapped Branch are errors, and I don't know what I should fill in for it. Please kindly advise with thanks 

Would it be possible to use a Microsoft Teams for large document storage.  For example photos and drawings. The documentation is vague about the Teams integration capabilities.  I don’t want to upload the photo to Acumatica and affect the storage limits.  The thought would be to create a file for each project in Teams.  Then upload the photos/drawings to Teams. I would like to be able to add a link to the file in the appropriate project in Acumatica.  Understanding of course that moving or renaming the file would break the link.

We use Parent/Child Account relationships extensively for our Customer base.  We also use a ton of Customer part numbers as Alternate IDs for our stock items.  This is becoming very difficult to manage when we have some parents with 100 child companies. Is there a way to set an alternate ID of a part number for a Parent account, and have it be used for its child accounts?  We can’t use Global in this scenario because we need to be able to use the alternate IDs on customer facing paperwork as well.
