Allocation rule to fetch sales A/c from Employee Record

hello all,

I was wondering if its possible without customization to fetch the Sales A/c from the Employee record instead of hard coding it to replace (Account origin)?

@Harry This would require a customization as it is not a choice in the drop-down menu.
