Is there way to disable the hyperlink on inventory ID field?

On the transfer screen we don’t want people to click the InventoryID hyperlink on an item. Is there any way to disable that from getting a hyperlink on certain screens or does it automatically get added because it’s the Inventory ID field? Phil

SO502000 Filter

Good Morning.We added a Report to the Bulk processing Screen by defining a new Action.The Report and action is defined in the SO301000 Screen.Unfortunately we couldn't figure out how to filter in the SO502000 screen that only non-printed Reports get shown after we selected our custom action. I'd appreciate a detailed answer on how to solve this, as we are clueless. Greetings

PM Change Order Customization - Thought this would be easy :(

A client requested what appeared to be a simple customization. Here I sit after week and can’t get across the finish line.They use Projects and Change Orders. They use Inventory Items on their budget lines. They want to see the Unit Price, Ext Price and Total in their change order cost budget tab (PM308000)I have added these as calculated (PXDecimal) fields in DAC extensions. I have pretty much all working in the grid/detail with all the interaction but I cannot for the life of me figure out a way to total. I’ve tried every combination of PXFormula/PXUnboundFormula I can think of. I’m looking for:Am I even on the right track or am I approaching this in a completely backwards way? If I’m NOT on the right track, recommendations for a different approach (ie. persistent vs. non-persistent, etc.) If I need to persist, what is the best approach for filling unitprice on existing PMChangeOrderBudget rows? If I’m on the right track, what is the magic combination of events/attributes I’m m

How can I add subtotal to the bottom of the data entry or inquiry grids?

When people work on grids or view, they would like to see the subtotals at the bottom of the grids. I know we can add a calculated field to the headr of data entry screens and using “SumCalc” update that field from the grids but it is not really handy and neat specially when you have many numeric columns that you would like to sumerize. We can see many of these screens in construction module. What I would like to do is to 1) add a subtotal to the bottom of the grids 2) freez this subtotal row at the bottom of the grid to prevent from hiding. I know there is a property in Acumatica grids for “Footer” that in “Summary Type” we can type of aggregate function we want to use but for some reason I couldn’t make it work on a sample grid I’m testing. I see Acumatica has used this functionality in “Balalnces” tab of “Projects” as shown in the below snip but I see the “Footer Summary Type” is not set at all for this grid.Has anyone added something like “Expense Total” from the above snip to any

I have a UDF in the CROpportunity table. Mass Action - Multiple Actions - Single Action or Count Triggered?

I’m triggering an action on multiple EPEmployee rows on GI ScreenId=EP2030PL. The PXAdapter TotalRows = 0 on each action call, and for each Base.Employee.Current is obviously a single employee. I would like to either get the row count on how many where triggered so that I can make an API call on the last one, or get an indicator when the last action is being called.I’d prefer to get all of the selected Employee objects in a single Action on PXGraphExtension<EmployeeMaint> without creating a custom DAC and custom MassProcessing screen. Is there a way to do this?

How to create Copy of same appointment again in an new action?

Hello Everyone, I have created a new action button in appointment screen and need to create a new appointment with all the current appointment information includes tabs also in this new action. I have to perform same like copy/paste functionality from this action and have to save the new appointment. How to get started with customizations

I am new to Acumatica and our company is a customer. I’m an experienced developer but I’m having trouble getting started with Acumatica customizations. It doesn’t seem that our var has much experience with customizations so they have not been able to help me get my system setup correctly. From what I’ve researched it seems that I must have a local instance of Acumatica installed on my local machine and that the database used in customizations has to be created using the Acumatica Framework Configuration Wizard. We had previously setup a database and web site for development through Azure but I’m not seeing a way to use those now. If someone can help me understand exactly what I need to do to get started with customizations it would be a great help. This is what I think I need to do:Install Acumatica ERP on my local machine Deploy Acumatica Framework Tools Deploy New Instance of Acumatica Application Template or should I use the Deploy New Application Instance for Training Course?

Class returns null but inside the class until exiting, has value

Hello Gang,I have a class that I call it many times. in some case it returns null when I know it should return value. I know that because until the point “approval” it is returning the result, it has value but when its result assigned to a variable “approvalBase” becomes null. Pop Up Error Message if Incorrect Cost Budget Combination Selected Using FieldVerifying Handler

Hi, I have a requirement where, when a user selects a certain project task, cost code and account group under Cost Budget Tab in Projects Form, when creating a transaction in Bills and Adjustments form the same combination of those three fields must be entered by the user, if not an error message must pop up saying the combination is incorrect. Hello Everyone, I have to add existing service order columns to the service order window in calendar board screen. This screen has a complete different mechanism compared to other acumatica screens.The aspx contains separate HTML screen in it, but how can we override it from the customizaiton package.All the service order window columns are available in TooltipserviceOrder.html page, but how can I add it to the customizaiton package? Custom Processing Screen Dead End--Need help with "Hello World" Template

We have an existing customization on a Processing Screen tied to a custom Button (T240 went sideways here and never got around to discussing an actual Process button hook), and it works perfectly.Attempting to move the custom code to the Process button isn’t working-.In an attempt to troubleshoot, we want to start with a brand new template and see the Process button in action--can’t get this to work. The new customization can inherit the code fairly easily, but we need a functioning Process button on a Processing screen.Any hints (or sample code) for a “default template” for a Processing Screen?

I have some specific questions about about how Acumatica developers manage customization projects, in particular those that involve custom C# classes and are developed using Visual Studio: How do you manage your code repository and versioning for Acumatica customizations? Would you recommend using the built-in Azure DevOps tools in Visual Studio to manage Acumatica customization code? Do you have any advice for maintaining multiple different versions of a customization project that correspond to different Acumatica builds? What’s the best way to manage multiple development sandbox instances for multiple clients? Is this usually done on a virtual machine? Do you have any general advice for QA / testing specifically in Acumatica?
