After reload page, every page blank how to solve it.

 

@vannakheng  Clear the caches of the browser and check? 

Also, please try in different browser.


Have you tried restarting the application from the Apply Updates screen? If that page is also blank, are you a Saas customer or is this a local/privately hosted instance?

  1. Clear Cahe
  2. Open and verify in different verifies
  3. Verify the License once 
  4.

Have you tried to restart application from server side - Application Pool?

Since it is local, I would suggest using Internet Information Services Manager to restart the IIS service:

 


Restart IIS server already but cannot solve.


Have you tried deleting the TemporaryAspFiles folder?

  1. The problem might be on the server-side. 
  2. Ensure that your browser is up to date. 
  3. A simple restart of your computer.
