Run Javascript, Html and css in Acumatica

Hi,

Previously I asked similar question in this topic 

and I was provided by this link

However that is not what I need

My aim is to call an external code which consists of html, css and javascript which will show a new dialog window

For example : user presses some button, after that my new method in my visual studio customization project is called and I need to call new Acumatica window which will depict  this html, css and javascript view

How can I achieve this ?

One clarification - currently I have such from which generated by javascript code

I need same, but be opened in Acumatica tab, not just browser tab. How to call javascript in context of Acumatica API ? Is there some dialog window which allows to  apply  Acumatica style to what I attached
