why im getting this tax id even though its not in the list of tax category

I am trying to customize my dashboard widgets to only show open invoices excluding the credits, prepayments etc. I know how to go in and create filters on my reports. It would just be helpful in my collections process to have just open balances.

Currently the Shipping Module when using integrated shipping creates the shipping labels in ZPL format. Many of our clients want the return label created by the shipment. Is there a way for the Shipping Module to create the Return Label in a PDF form?

Hi, We’ve recently upgraded an environment from 2023 R1 to 2024 R2. Things appear to be working fine besides some Customization Projects in the Customization Project Editor. It appears that if a Customization Project has a screen, it throws an error when loading the Customization Project Editor window. Here is the error:This happens both on a pre-existing Customization Project before the upgrade, as well as a newly created Customization Project after the upgrade after a screen is created.The look of the menu is off as well in the Customization Project Editor, my guess is the Exception was thrown while building the menu.After doing some digging, I found the following stack trace with the exception matching the error above:Has anyone else encountered a similar issue or know a workaround to edit these Customization Projects? Thanks,Kyle

All,I was tasked to modify a customization package created by my predecessor. I’ve made most of the changes easily, but one last seemingly simple detail is hanging me up.We have a custom dialog with checkboxes, and I discovered it was coded with three additional generic checkboxes for future use. These controls are currently labeled Ink 1, Ink 2, Ink 3.We would like to change these to more specific names, but I’ve found no way to edit them. Am I blind or stupid? Maybe both? Screenshots below. :) (the third screenshot is where I tried to override the label text). 24R2.

I have one user can login into acumatica mobile. He has two tenants and in menu saleorder, he can use salesorder menu in first tenant but the same menu in second tenant cannot use it. When he click it show this error. The entry form (ID: SO301000, title: Sales Orders) cannot be automated. Unable to cast object of type 'Wrapper.PX.Objects.SO.Cst_SOOrderEntry' to type 'DynamicInterface.PX.Objects.SO.GraphExtensions.SOOrderEntryExt.SOOrderLineSplittingExtension'. but if I use admin user to access that saleorder menu, I can access both of them. I don’t what’s happen. I test it test server fine but when move to production error like that. And I role back to old version of customize use to work well but it’s still show that error.

Hi,I got really odd problem. When I create new screen on new customization for acumatica 2024 R2 it always shows “nullpath error”. I tried to publish but nothing helps.

This happens on every mobile device I try to use Acumatica on. No one in my company uses the mobile app, so I think it’s just never been configured but we have one department that will start to use it soon. How do I go about setting this up?

On the Employee Time Cards page (EP305000) I’m trying to add the Customer’s Name associated with the project on the Summary tab. Hello,  I am looking to understand how I can generate a simple side panel on the projects screen where it will integrate with distribution, specifically sales orders that have a project code associated with them. The mapping would include utilizing the project ID on the specific project linking to an SO GI to pull in orders with that designation. This would be similar to the projects transactions  detail side panel just for Sales Orders Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi All,Does anyone know how to retain Generic Inquiry (GI) filter shared setup values after adding a new column to the same GI?Issue:After adding a new column to the existing GI, all the previously saved filter values are reset to default. This is causing dissatisfaction as the customer has to recreate all previous filters manually. The Screen ID remains unchanged, only a column was added.Request:Is there a way to preserve the filter values when modifying a GI? My version is 24r2 207 so i am not sure what causing this issue. I logged in as an admin too.

I would like to send emails with links that open up the ACU mobile app to a screen and record. The only way I have found to do this is with a Push Notification, however this is not an option for me.A use case for this is when a reminder is sent out to a field employee the link takes them to the web app, when the mobile app would be much more functional and appropriate.I think the technique is called deep linking. I am not sure if this requires development to work with the mobile app or is even a feature. Please advise if this is possible, and if not lets please add it to the feature request list.
