Hi guys How can I find roots of insert data fields in HTML editor Like Notification Template form.If not able to find existing screen roots.let me know how to add /arrange DataFields in Insert button of HTML Editor in my screen.I found graph(SMNotificationMaint) name but its content is not visible Thank you all
In 2021R1, I added a button to the Details grid in Bills and Adjustments. Everything is working great. I just cannot get the button to be greyed out when the other buttons are greyed out.I can disable it so it will display a dialog that it is disabled if someone clicks it, but it just looks bad that it appears to be available. This code fires and enables/disables the button correctly, but I cannot change the visibility of it.I suspect this might be something to do with a workflow on this screen? However, in my installation of 2021R1, the workflow for this screen is not editable. You can’t even create a new workflow. I don’t even know if that would solve this for me, but either way, I’d like to grey out that button when it is not applicable. Thanks!Joe
Hi there, I am trying to insert the Calculated column onto Calculate Depreciation screen and the Calculated Depreciation field should be populated based on To Period upon processing the action Calculate Only. However, in Customization Project Editor, the fields are being listed as such they are static fields With that said, does anyone knows on how to make the field dynamically change relative to the To Period filter?
On an inquiry I am creating (not a GI), as a data view is populating lines into a grid, if a comparison test is performed with columns in the row, under certain conditions I would like to highlight a column with a warning error. So, when the grid of rows is initially displayed, there may be one or more rows that would have this warning error. I tried using event handlers, but this is not really an even that occurs in the traditional sense (RowUpdating, FieldVerifying, etc).Is there a way to do this?
Hi,I’m new to the forum, and I’m hoping someone can help. I need to make an adjustment on PO receipt for goods received. The wrong quantities were switched, so I need to adjust those entries. I went into the PO receipts and hit the return tab. I made the necessary changes, but I get this error code below when I try to save changes. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Path name access error (attached) when specifying path to the Customization\T190\SourceFiles\PhoneRepairShop per developer course T190 page 12.
In the current clock entry screen (AM315000) you can only “Clock In” and Clock Out” by Employee ID. There is a Save button however it seems to be disabled. vvvvvv See Below vvvvv Basically I would like to change this so that I could use this as more of a data entry screen and enable the save and insert transaction buttons. vvvv See Below vvvvAny thoughts on how to accomplish this with out deep customizations?
My goal is to update the Percent field to be the calculated value based on the weight divided by the total of all weights. So, if I change the weight on line one to 3, I want the percent for both lines to be updated to 50%.I’m just looking for a general approach to do this. The only way I would know to do it is to use the field updated event or the row updated event to trigger a call to cycle through all the records, get the total weight, then cycle through the records again and update the percent field on it.Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Hey Everyone, The other day I created a GI to fetch all Payments done by Invoice and I think I achieved what I wanted. However, when I try to create a connection via oData on PowerBI I get the following error: DataSource.Error: We couldn't parse OData response result. Error: Unexpected end of file while parsing Name has occurred. Line 31, position 19.Details: DataSourceKind=OData on Acumatica I can view the Inquiry and even export via Excel, I just don’t seem to be able to connect to Excel or PowerBI via oData. Has anyone experienced this before? Please see below some snapshots of the Inquiry. Tables Relationships ConditionsGrid Or if anyone could suggest a better way of grabbing all payments done within the month (including credit card and cash). Sorry, I’m very new to this :) Thank you so much!!Brian SIlva
Hello gang, I have the below select in one of my methods. When there is data that meets the conditions, it works fine but when there is no data with this conditions I get an error “Sequence contains no element”. How can I prevent system from raising error. I’m checking this select result later in my code whether is null or not. EPApproval ownerApproval = PXSelect<EPApproval, Where<EPApproval.refNoteID, Equal<Required<APInvoice.noteID>>, And<EPApproval.ownerID, Equal<Required<AccessInfo.contactID>>, And<EPApproval.status, Equal<EPStatuses.pending>>>>, OrderBy<Asc<EPApproval.approvalID>>> .Select(this.Base, this.Base.Document.Current.NoteID, PXAccess.GetContactID().Value, EPStatuses.Pending).First();
I have a Customization Project that I moved to the Extension Library, to work with it in Visual Studio. Development is completed, and now I want to Export the Project Package, to install it on another system. I see that the state of the Graph source does not reflect all the changes I made in Visual Studio. How do I refresh the Code files in the project to match what is in the Extension Library?
I have an odd issue with my customization projects, where first publish will have the customization show up, but any changes to the code and then re-publishing will *sometimes* cause the customization to vanish. Version is 2020 R2, build 20.208.0031, using a local test installation. I have 2 customization projects, one with SQL views (5 DACs total), another with Attribute lookups (5 total) used for reporting. The code for the SQL views is the default code Acumatica generates, with the addition of adding the key field. Occasionally I need to make a small change to the SQL views and I edit the code to re-add one of the views. However, sometimes when I republish they just don’t show back up under generic inquiry or in the report design schema. I delete and re-add, sometimes this will fix it, sometimes it doesn’t. I receive no errors when publishing the project and get the message about the website being updated. Exiting and the page refreshes showing each of my projects published, but sti
I am working on a custom project. I created a custom field using the “NameValuePair” storage type and added to the Customer data entry screen. I initially published the customization and wasn’t sure it was what I wanted, so I removed it from the project. I later realized that it is what i wanted, so I went to add it back in. However, I now get an error message and I cannot get past it. I also get an error when I try and open that screen in my project. The error is: “An item with the same key has already been added. The customization project must be published before the screen can be edited.” I have published it without error and I still cannot edit the screen anymore. I have to revert back to a VMWare snapshot to recover.Where does this this data get saved in the DB? Is there a table I need to access and manually clear out?
The Customization Guide states that when Publishing a Customization Project, the related .cs files are copied to the Website’s App_RuntimeCode directory. This never happens. I am forced to manually copy the .cs files. Is there a setting somewhere to control this?
I have customized Acumatica’s Cost Projection Screen (PM305000) as follow It basically have added a second grid to “Revision Log” as child to “Projection Line” grid to keep the history of changes on projection lines. Also I have customized Acumatica’s standard copy paste function to copy the “Revision Log” to the new projection revisions. The method code is as follow: protected virtual void CreateNewProjectionWithLog(PMCostProjection original, PMCostProjectionCopyDialogInfo info) { PMCostProjection newDoc = new PMCostProjection(); newDoc.ProjectID = original.ProjectID; newDoc.ClassID = original.ClassID; newDoc.Description = original.Description; newDoc.RevisionID = info.RevisionID; CostProjectionEntry target = PXGraph.CreateInstance<CostProjectionEntry>(); target.Clear(); target.SelectTimeStamp(); newDoc = target.Document.Insert(newDoc); foreach (PMCostProj
Hi all,This is a custom screen with a custom DAC and table. I keep getting an error after I have inserted a row on a custom field. Error: An error occurred during processing of the field RawMaterial: Result set index too big..I have a few decimal fields on the DAC:#region LabourQty [PXDBDecimal()] [PXDefault(TypeCode.Decimal,"0.0")] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "LabourQty", Enabled = false)] public virtual Decimal? LabourQty { get; set; } public abstract class labourQty : PX.Data.BQL.BqlDecimal.Field<labourQty> { }#endregion#region RawMaterial [PXDBDecimal()] [PXDefault(TypeCode.Decimal,"0.0")] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "RawMaterial", Enabled = false)] public virtual Decimal? RawMaterial { get; set; } public abstract class rawMaterial : PX.Data.BQL.BqlDecimal.Field<rawMaterial> { }#endregionBut for some reason I only get the error on the RawMaterial field every time after a row is inserted. The actual value is either 0.00 or 1.0 which wouldn’t normally throw such an exception. I

Our production team users scanners to move production on the shop floor.Scan Move is the only feature enabled on the scanners at this time. This feature doesn’t show the user the quantity ordered or quantity remaining. Is there a way to include this information on the scanner when the user is moving a production order? My goal is to eliminate reporting the wrong quantity, but still allow over issue because this does happen.Does anyone have any suggestions to help me with this?
Hello - On a sales order you can tick a sales order line as ‘Mark for Production’, then use the ‘Create Production Orders’ action to create production orders. What is the best way, in code, to get from SOLine to the production details, such as ‘Production Nbr’?The production info isn’t available from the main SOLine object so I’m thinking that I need to access a graph extension. I tried this:var rowExt = PXCache<SOLine>.GetExtension<SOOrderEntryAMExtension>(soLine);but this cannot be compiled due to a type conversion issue. I’m not sure that SOOrderEntryAMExtension is actually a graph at all. Does anyone know if there is a way to get the ‘Production Nbr’ from an SOLine object?
Hi, I want to Customize Contact Popup Form of Contact Grid in Customer Screen, so i added one custom Field in that Popup form ,while creating contact custom column value not updating to the Contact Table, please suggest me on this
When searching for Customers in the Sales Order screen it would be helpful to add the displayName column next to AcctName. For a company the primary contact name is often more helpful to search for than the company name. Is there a way to add the displayName or fullName as a column next to the acctName that exists already? Thanks for any advice, Phil

hi,Is there a way to import metafields from BigCommerce to Acumatica?
I have added some code to the SOShipmentEntry to automatically put the unpaid balance into the COD field when adding a new Package if the payment method ID is COD.Each time a new package is added I need this amount to be split across the total number of packages. Likewise if one is removed it should update all to match.I have code that will produce a list of the lines and am outputting to the Trace so I can see it’s getting the records correctly. This is in SOPackageDetailEx_COD_FieldDefaulting:protected void SOPackageDetailEx_COD_FieldDefaulting(PXCache cache, PXFieldDefaultingEventArgs e, PXFieldDefaulting InvokeBaseHandler) { if (InvokeBaseHandler != null) InvokeBaseHandler(cache, e); var row = (SOPackageDetailEx)e.Row; if (row == null) return;SOShipLine item = Base.Transactions.Select().FirstOrDefault();// Find how many packages have been added.// First get all the package records from PackageDetailEx matching this ShipmentNbrList<SOPackageDetailEx>
