I need to invoice from a project in EUR and have the project revenue and cost budget in USD. I set the billing currency in the summary tab to EUR. When I run billing, it correctly invoices in EUR. However, my invoice also shows the total revised amount column in USD. I do not want this b/c it makes it look like I’m only invoicing for less than 100%.  I cannot use foreign currency in the revenue budget, so how do I get this to show the total revised amount in EUR? I’m assuming this is a report designer fix, but thought I would ask before going that route.

Been working in Acumatica for about a year now, helping with setup and keeping processes moving. I’m at the point where I’d really like to connect with other users in Arizona, preferably around the Phoenix metro area.I’m trying to dig deeper into what Acumatica can do, and I’d love to have a few local contacts to bounce ideas off of. Thinking about something as simple as grabbing coffee or lunch and just talking shop.Might sound a little odd, but if you’re an Acumatica user in the area and want to compare notes, share lessons learned, or talk through best practices, I’d be glad to connect.

Im facing a issue with community login with my laptop after logged out. Is there any issue with the login. After entering the user id and password system still refreshing to same login page.

Is it possible to make Acumatica Wiki pages accessible directly within the mobile app?Currently, some users have access to these pages through external links, which is not ideal for those who primarily use the mobile application.

Hey Everyone, I recently created my account using my company email but for some reason I can’t access the product ideas section on here. Everything else is fine but when it comes to this area of the community I get the following message:   Have anyone experienced this before or could give me a hint on how to get access to the product Ideas? Hey everyone, Here’s a community usage tip that I don’t think many folks know about. I know I didn’t so wanted to share😀The system only sends an email for the first reply since they last viewed the thread. There’s a setting in email preferences that allows you to switch it to every reply.  

I grew up and still live in Calgary, AB, Canada and work for Contego Software Solutions as the VP Operations.  One of the best parts of my role is ensuring that our customers are having a positive experience with Acumatica.  I oversee our implementation and support teams, but I still enjoy jumping in to solve problems, build reports, and improve business processes.I went to school in Calgary and started out with a degree in Business Administration and from there I completed my CGA designation (now CPA).  One of the courses I enjoyed the most during my studies was a course on ERPs and system change management.  But that’s not where my career started.  I started out in the oil and gas services industry, first in accounts payable, then corporate accounting, and finally in project accounting.  After being a part of two system conversions first from SAP to JE Edwards and then from JDE to Oracle I was fully bitten by the ERP bug and made the switch over to Contego in 2019. My accounting back
