Joined Acumatica 2 years ago as Technical Support (PreSales)
I help plan Hackathon and Summit Technical sessions! I'm on the ProdOps team under Kiran, and also assist with Developer Networks, such as the All-Star Developers and the Developer MVPs. I love automation and I'm really excited about AI Studio making the rounds.
In my free time I do weight training, boxing, and host volleyball events around WA state. I'm also a big nerd and play/judge MtG. Come say hi! 🙂

I'm on the Product Operations team, where I manage the new Account & Billing experience, the Always Current Program, and anything else I can help with to improve the customer experience.
My free time is all about family, music, and art. Come by and say hi! Bonus points if you know any dad jokes!
Product strategist, sales plays, and product management are my forte. Extremely interested in learning about customer experiences, VARs experiences and understand how we can help them.
Pickleball, snowboarding, traveling and cooking are my interests.

Pricing and Publishing Acumatica products, modules, and ISVs, and set Acumatica Promotions each quarter.
My interests include running, and hitting the beaches in Florida and the Keys.

I’m on the Product Operations team, having moved into this role a few months ago. During this time, I’ve enjoyed working closely with teams across Acumatica on cross-functional efforts—updating our Licensing Guide, enhancing how we manage price list changes, and other key initiatives for the Product organization.
Outside of work, I’m usually with family and friends or hunting down my next great meal - anything from a Seattle Dog to oysters on the half shell. I’m also a big Seattle sports fan, which means I’ve survived my fair share of Mariners and Seahawks seasons… so I can handle tough questions.
