To all Acumatica users, if you’re in the one of these local areas or industries, please take a moment to join that group. That way you’ll be aware of upcoming events the group has. Please note for regional groups, we’re trying to keep the membership to those who are physically located in the each group’s area or able to travel to attend. Regional groups are focused on having in-person meetings. Industry groups are open to anyone no matter where they are located.

Regional: Acumatica regional user groups are groups of users that meet regularly in person. They are open to local customers, partners, and Acumatica employees. These local meetings are intended to further the sharing of knowledge and product use through presentations, peer to peer networking, round tables, ad hoc discussions, etc. Each group is led by a coalition of customers.

Industry: Acumatica industry groups are a place for customer networking around industry specific ideas, questions, discussions where you are most interested in another USER perspective. The vision is to provide the benefits of a regional group, but also focus on an industry because many challenges faced in different industries aren’t region specific, and a good portion of users might not live in close proximity to where a regional user group does a meet-up.

Feel free to share this information with others in your organization who would be interested.

Hello @Chris Hackett,

Would love to see a Northern California Users Group get started.  Can you assist with helping us setting this up?  I joined the Pacific Northwest group, but it is a little far for the in-person events for me.  Flew home from Summit this year and met other Acumatica Users on the plane.  I am based out of the Sacramento area.

@Chris Hackett Thank you for the links and update. I was hoping to see a group in South Africa, mainly in the Gauteng area. I will also speak to our partner to find out how we can get this going and use the platform. I see @ruindad68 has asked the same question.

Will be on the lookout for your response, appreciate it,

Thank you

What about a virtual group?

Hi @ruindad68, @hermanjkotze1976, @nwohlschlaeger94  - Customer are welcome to form and organize a group as all our groups are intended to be led by customers. You should have a local Acumatica employee as your group advisor. If you wish to start organizing, please sync with each other and the local Acumatica employee. Once you have done that, please reach out to me for getting started. Cheers! christopher.hackett@acumatica.com

We are headquartered in Arkansas, USA. I’m not sure which group we’d need to join.

Or would one need to be created for this area?

We also have branches in Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee and Alabama.

Hi @alexx - Currently the Texas groups would be the closest. N. Texas is working on an October event. Join that group if interested.
