    Thanks Chris for the update. I'm sure glad my phone maintains its login or I would be locked out.

    Thanks Chris!  I am logged into the community, but not the partner portal.

    Hi ​@meganfriesen37 - As long as your login doesn’t expire for community, you’re good. It’s when the login expires you will have trouble. Are you saying you can’t login to Partner Portal? If no then we need to alert IT. Thank you!

      Quick update. We are waiting on the fix from Gainsight engineering. We are hoping that will be by Monday but no firm ETA.

      They should restore the code that worked before their update until they can figure out the issue.
