As we work on our new modern training courses, we are making the previous version of the End-User courses available for your foundational knowledge. (Please note these previous versions look and feel different from the modern training courses.)
You'll find them in your onboarding cohort in Acumatica University, alongside your current learning paths. Each course includes a PDF training guide and a quiz, plus webinars, job aids and diagrams where available. Your completions are tracked, and you earn a badge upon completing each course.

Before you begin: The newly added course guides and quizzes are based on 2025 R2 and clearly labeled, while videos, job aids and other supporting materials may cover earlier versions. Keep this in mind as some screens may look different from yours. Before you start, check with your implementation partner or Acumatica project team to find out which courses fit your setup.
