Hi, One of our client has a third-party integration with Salesforce which connects through our own middleware tool, which pushes Invoices from Salesforce into MYOB Acumatica and creates the corresponding Invoices. However, despite Numbering Sequences being specified in Accounts Receivable Preferences, how was the integration able to create an Invoice and a Credit Memo with the same Ref. Nbr.?Any idea how can this happen? Thanks!

Hello Acumatica Community,I would like to ask for advice on an issue in the Production module (Material Issuing to Production Order). Our setup:Glove types: Exam, Household, Industrial and Surgical. Production method: Lot-type production, which runs continuously. BOM types: Compound, Unpack and Pack. Warehouses: We have separate warehouses for the Compound, Production and Packing processes. The issue:Materials are issued (released) to the production order only at the end of production, just before the last batch is released. By that time, the earlier batches have already been moved from the Production warehouse to the Packing warehouse. As a result, the material cost is not allocated to all batches of the order.Questions:What is the recommended way to ensure the material cost is allocated to all batches of the order in this scenario?Should materials be issued progressively (for example, per batch) instead of once at the end? If so, how do others handle this in continuous lot-type product

Hi everyone,I've created prompts in AI Automation that validate records (for example accounting entries).I'm currently writing the result to a UDF. However, I think the notes field of a record would be a better option. But that field isn't listed among the input fields.Have any of you dealt with this requirement before, and how did you implement it?

The Acumatica provided AP aging report is useless as-is because it downloads to Excel as a nested file. Is there a quick way to download the AP aging report as a flat file?

in the left image there is no construction project management while in the right there is. They are the same build version. Is there any explanation about this ? thanks

I am trying to update the default supplier on non stock items. The client wants to replace the current default supplier with the new one, rather than add a row.I have been able to achieve this but the last supplier price is not being overwritten. I believe it should be 0 unless stock has been purchased by that supplier in the past. I am not sure what the behaviour of the last supplier price would be here, if it would update in that way.Importing with the below replaces the existing default supplier with the new one but the last supplier price remains the same. I assume it is doing the same if I click in the Supplier Id field on the non stock items suppliers tab and select a new ID. Having tested this, the last supplier price also does not change. The import scenario should need to remove the supplier completely for a new one to be imported correctly?

I have using Bank feeds connected to Chase and Capital One with Plaid for quite some time. I am now getting a "No access token returned: invalid_scope" error and not able to delete the feed or update credentials. Can someone advise what is causing this?

Hi All,Looking for some guidance on a drop‑ship correction scenario in Acumatica 2025 R1.We accidentally created a Drop‑Ship PO linked to a Sales Order (SO), but the intention was to create a regular stocking PO. To unwind this mistake, a user processed:A Drop‑Ship PO Receipt (released) And then a Drop‑Ship PO Return (also released)These two transactions fully offset each other financially. The PO is now in Closed status. However, the Sales Order is stuck. Here is the sequence:The SO originally auto‑completed because the PO receipt was released I used Reopen Order After reopening, the SO went into Back Order status All lines have Open Qty = 0 The SO still shows POSource = Drop‑Ship Unchecking PO Linked does NOT remove the linkage "Cancel Order" fails with:“The sales order cannot be canceled because some items have been shipped.”There is no option to Close Order in the Actions menu The SO item is Non‑Stock, which limits inventory correction options Drop‑Ship PO only had one line — the SO h

Hello,  When I am creating production orders from different screens, the default scheduling method value is different. Is there someone who knows how this value gets defaulted exactly?Thank You!

We upgraded a client’s sandbox from R25 to R26. When testing sending over bills via the API, this json no longer works like it did in R25.  We get the following error:'SuppliedByVendorID' cannot be empty.; SuppliedByVendorID: 'SuppliedByVendorID' cannot be empty.Here is a screenshot and the json at the bottom. {"Amount":{"value":18200.0},"BranchID":{"value":"EMTS NORTH"},"Date":{"value":"2026-09-29T00:00:00"},"Description":{"value":"BOSS|24193|113977|Mulch for Great Wolf"},"Details":[{"Account":{"value":"5200"},"SubAccount":{"value":"02.00"},"Project":{"value":"X"},"Qty":{"value":1.0},"TransactionDescription":{"value":"Cost of Material -Change"},"UnitCost":{"value":18200.0},"UOM":{"value":"EA"}}],"Hold":{"value":false},"PostPeriod":{"value":"09-2026"},"Project":null,"Status":{"value":"Open"},"Terms":{"value":"N30"},"Type":{"value":"Bill"},"Vendor":{"value":"V0002798"},"VendorRef":{"value":"23496"},"ReferenceNbr":null,"_links":null, "LocationID": {"value": "MAIN"}}

Hi,One user experienced a popup error stating “PXSerialChart is not defined” in the system. This issue is intermittent and occurs inconsistently in different forms. However, once the user clicks OK, the error disappears and the screen continues to work normally. What could be the reason for this? Thanks!

It seems no matter where we add information either in the description field or the Other tab it is limited and we run out of room for explanation and it does not all print on the invoice form.  We often have several appointments with lots of details that we bill on one invoice, but the wording on the invoice gets cut off.  Does anyone know how to get unlimited characters in the description field and other tab and get them to print on the invoice?

Our production lines use the same inventory items across multiple buildings and production areas. Each work center has dedicated inventory locations that are physically closest to where the material is consumed. However, when material is issued to production, Acumatica defaults to the item's single "Default Issue From" location. We then have it set up to pull inventory from the next available location if there is none available in the Default location. We understand that each user can change the issue location during the Material release process, but we are faced with several challenges related to this task.Additional manual steps for every material issue to change locations. Increased risk of selecting the wrong location. Inventory inaccuracies when material is physically consumed from one location, but system transactions are recorded against another. Difficulty maintaining accurate on-hand balances across multiple buildings and production areas. We’d like the system to automati

Hi everyone,Is there a way to track the audit history of a specific document directly from the document screen, without requiring users to access the standard Audit History screen?Ideally, we would like to see the changes made to a single document, including:Field/value changed Previous and new value User who made the change What has been changed Date/time of the changeWe are looking for an option that can display the history specifically within the document, rather than showing audit records across the system.Would this be possible using a Generic Inquiry, customization, or another standard Acumatica feature?Any recommendations or examples would be appreciated. Thanks!

In 25R2 I have an admin user account that has access to the AR Invoices and Memos, yet when I try to access the odata for the DAC, I get a 403 after entering my credentials.https://url.acumatica.com/t/tenant/api/odata/dac/ARTaxTran?$top=1The same user works on other DAC level odata endpoints. I also tried the odata4 url string:https://url.acumatica.com/ODatav4/tenant/ARTaxTran?$top=1I assume I’m missing something simple :-)

Hi all,I've open-sourced MuiLint, a linter for the Acumatica Modern UI in Visual Studio rather than Visual Studio Code like AcuMate. The HTML merge fails quietly: a selector typo, a self-closing <field/> or a Usr field missing from the TypeScript just means the field never appears. MuiLint flags them as you type.Visual Studio: squiggles, lightbulb fixes, completions, and F12 into the stock HTML or the .ts CI: a command-line tool and a GitHub Action, with SARIF output 13 rules, configurable through .editorconfig, with no running site neededIt works alongside AcuMate (VS Code) and Acuminator (C#) rather than replacing either.Get the .vsix from the latest release. False positives count as bugs, so please report them on GitHub or here. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Acumatica.

Hi All,Do Acumatica has a way to prevent users from changing their password to the same password they are currently using? If this functionality is not available out of the box, please advise on the recommended approach to implement this requirement.Thank you.

Hey all!I want to understand how the dead stock inquiry is calculated. We are in a manufacturing setting so our consumption of inventory are “issues” instead of sales.  How is the “dead stock quantity” and the “In dead stock (Days)” calculated?  Thanks for your help!

Has anyone modified the AIA report to allow for parameters?  Also, can a modified report be set up on the project>mailing & printing tab to be the default format?

Hello,I am trying to consolidate/combine Invoices for multiple Sales Orders through “Process Orders” screen. The Sales Order Type is of template Type “IN” that does not require Shipments.Important to note that Avalara is the Tax Provider. This functionality out of the box works fine when I don’t have Tax Zones. In other words, if there no Avalara involved, the Invoices are being consolidated through “Process Orders” screen. However, when I apply the Tax Zone Avalara, the system is creating separate Invoices for each Sales Orders. Note: Each Sales Order has different Ship-To Address. I believe this is the reason. Has anyone faced this issue? Any advise will be very helpful! Thanks!

Does Acumatica allow for singular invoices per Shipment? When I attempt to process shipments, the step of creating invoices based upon a shipment, consolidates all shipments that are confirmed for a customer (different shipment numbers and different order numbers) into one single invoice. How do I avoid this? Below you can see where the system is creating one large invoice for customer TEST90, although it covers 4 different shipments and 4 different orders. I would need the system to create one invoice per shipment.
