Hi everyone,Recently, our company started using MYOB Advanced, and we want to send invoices directly from our Gmail account through MYOB Website. However, every time we send an invoice, we need to manually:Log in to the Client ID via an external application. Log in to the "Email Account ID" in the system email accounts, as shown in the screenshot below.  I've also included the Gmail settings for your reference.   More information:The Google workspace is connected to MYOB Acumatica as an external application. The Oth2 Authentication is used. The system requires to log into the Google account several times a day unless process the error below. 'Unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.' Could someone please assist in linking MYOB with Gmail so that we don’t need to manually log in every day? Thank you!  

Hi,I’ve added a line graph to my dashboard and I’m having troubles making it look how I want. How can I increase the thickness of the lines?And I’d like to change the colour. I’ve clicked the colour buttun, but an “expression editor” is the next step??  

Hi, would love some tips/ticks on capturing a photo of a receipt on Iphone and automatically creating expense entry (if possible at all). Current process is only to add the image and then you have to manually add the expense entry.

Hi Everyone,I was wondering if anyone knows the best way to create and import multiple invoices from a single spreadsheet.Context:We have an Excel sheet containing rebates we need to pay to 100-150 customers, calculated at the end of the month. The sheet includes the customer name, amount to be paid, and other relevant details.How can I import each row into an invoice under the company name in Acumatica, instead of individually creating an invoice for each rebate for each customer?Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi All,I am wanting to have a Sales Generic Enquiry of the total sum of Opportunity/Quotes converted to Orders by CreatedByID to show which employee have done the action to convert to order?   I am not sure if the logged in user who initiates this Convert action ( different to the Quote owner, or the Creator of the quote)  is recorded, and we can use this field?The Creator of the new converted Sales order is a proxy of who clicked this button when this Convert to Sales Order Action is implemented on the opportunity quote however it picks up Sales orders created directly. I created a GI and looked in both the opportunity, Quote and Sales Order Tables but didn't see a convert field we could use? Or if anyone else know how to report who converted a CR304500 quote to a Sales Order?

The “ADD ITEMS” Button on the Sales Order (SO) is very useful as you can see Inventory in warehouses and also do a search for previous sale price using the “Sold Since” selection.  But when doing an Opportunity so you can transform to a Quote, this ADD ITEM button is missing on both opportunity and opportunity Quote form?The Add button functionality seems to have the same features common to a Sales order ( adding inventory ) , so I am wondering if there is a reason it is missing or an oversight? Can it be added?This will allow this price lookup functionality to be used on an opportunity quote? 

What is the best way to report on disbursements for Professional Services.
