Is it possible to post a journal entry to an account-subaccount combination where the subaccount has not yet been established in the list of subaccounts?

Is there a reports that tells, customer unpaid balance on each SO / Invoice.

Let me know if this is not the correct place to pose this question, but I’m currently following the T210 training materials and was given the task to create a master/detail relationship between 2 DACs.  I believe I’ve done this but keep getting met with the error in the topic title and not sure how to proceed forward.  My dac properties are defined exactly like they are in the GIT example and not sure where else to look to try and figure this out -         #region ServiceID        [PXDBInt(IsKey = true)]        [PXDBDefault(typeof(RSSVRepairPrice.serviceID))]        [PXParent(typeof(SelectFrom<RSSVRepairPrice>.            Where<RSSVRepairPrice.deviceID.IsEqual<RSSVLabor.deviceID>.                And<RSSVRepairPrice.serviceID.IsEqual<RSSVLabor.serviceID>>>))]        public virtual int? ServiceID { get; set; }        public abstract class serviceID : PX.Data.BQL.BqlInt.Field<serviceID> { }        #endregion Any help would be greatly appreciated

Could this be reconsidered https://community.acumatica.com/ideas/add-ability-to-restrict-users-by-sales-order-type-758It was said it be available, however what is available seems to be a workaround not so much of a solution.

Hi there, Do you have the mobile app available for client to login? Just like the one you have for web version below

I’m trying to add a customer selector to the Projects screen (PM301000).I added custom field called UsrLocationCustomerId that is of type int.  On the Add Data Fields tab of the Screen Editor it says that the Control is Selector but on the screen it shows as a Number Edit.  I’m not sure what I did wrong or how to change it.  I’m on 2021 R1.  Attached is the customization project.

I have created a custom form which captures inventory id and supplier, based on those selections, I need to have a PO number selector which shows the relevant PO number. How can I modify this code snippet, because at the moment it shows all PO Numbers. #region PONumber [PXDBString(50, IsUnicode = true, InputMask = "")] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "PO Number")] [PO.RefNbr(typeof(Search2<POOrder.orderNbr, LeftJoinSingleTable<Vendor, On<POOrder.vendorID, Equal<Vendor.bAccountID>, And<Match<Vendor, Current<AccessInfo.userName>>>>>, Where<POOrder.orderType, Equal<Optional<POOrder.orderType>>, And<Vendor.bAccountID, IsNotNull>>, OrderBy<Desc<POOrder.orderNbr>>>), Filterable = true)] public virtual string PONumber { get; set; } public abstract class pONumber : PX.Data.BQL.BqlString.Field<pONumber> { } #endregion

I incorrectly input the amount of a credit memo and hit release. Is there a way to correct or delete? It has not been applied to an invoice and in open status.  Thanks.

I am trying to perform validation on the project for screen EP307000. Under Project Preferences we have defined the non project code as ‘X’.What I want to achieve is to prevent users from saving their time entry when they have not selected their project, and it defaults on ‘X’.I would appreciate any help.

Hello,We are new install and working through our implementation.  Have come across an issue that I’m hoping folks on this forum may be able to help with.As soon as we setup Segmented Key for our Project ID, and had 3 of the 4 segments turned on for validation (ie…  only certain values can be used in that segment); now our ‘Non-Project’ code we setup in preferences no longer works? Is this a product defect/bug?As soon as I turn the validation off in the segmented keys, the non-project functionality works again.  I realize that I can make a ‘dummy’ project that follows the segmented values setup, but that kind of defeats the purpose of this functionality to begin with.Anyone else run into this issue?  Perhaps there is a hot fix to address this?   Thanks, Lars

I’m trying to change the default doc type value of “payment” to “Prepayment” in payments and application screen.I have tried to use cache attached method, field defaulting and row selected events to override the default value in the graph, but those are not working to change default value of Doc Type.I have tried below code. Can anyone point me in the right direction to set the doc type value to prepayment. public class ARPaymentEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<ARPaymentEntry> { //1st method #region Using Cached attached [PXMergeAttributes(Method = MergeMethod.Append)] //[PXRemoveBaseAttribute(typeof(ARPaymentType.ListExAttribute))] [PXRemoveBaseAttribute(typeof(ARPaymentType.ListAttribute))] //[PXRemoveBaseAttribute(typeof(ARDocType.ListAttribute))] [PXDefault(ARPaymentType.Prepayment)] [NewARListAttribute] // [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Type", Visibility = PXUIVisibility.SelectorVisible, Enabled = true, TabOrder

Good day,We are trying to retrieve the unit cost, based on the warehouse selected inline on the sales quote screen. How would I go about properly filtering in code to get to the right value, currently I have the following code to retrieve the code based on conditions:We want the process to look as follow:First look at valuation method If it is standard Retrieve the current cost from the item warehouse details screen that links to the chosen warehouse on the sales quote screen If the cost is 0, retrieve from the item screen If it is average Retrieve the average cost from the item warehouse details screen that links to the chosen warehouse on the sales quote screen If the cost is 0, retrieve from the item screen Else Throw exception protected void CROpportunityProducts_SiteID_FieldUpdated(PXCache cache, PXFieldUpdatedEventArgs e) { var row = (CROpportunityProducts)e.Row; InventoryItem temp = new InventoryItem(); temp = PXSelect<I

To start, I am very new to the Acumatica environment.. We have a customer that has a hosted Acumatica setup and needs a custom table (and its data) imported into the system.. So the scenario is that we need a customization project that will Create the table (if doesn’t already exist in database) Create the screen with all of the data fields form the table Have simple CRUD functionalityI am able to use the database script component of the customization project to create the table but I am having a tough time linking the new screen to the table/correct data fields. Then I am having a tough time with the simple CRUD functions in the graph. I am mostly looking for some examples or more thorough documentation on topics like this so I can dive in and learn how to do this the correct way. Thanks in advance for any help

Hello,      I have a need to monitor 1 item’s sales qty. If the qty reaches a certain amount, I shall do something.(business subscriber).       I choose the INItemsaleshis_FinYTDQTYSales to monitor, because it is a aggregation sum value.      However,  I add 2 “or” trigger conditions on business events. And both of them did not work.          What is the right way to happen the trigger work?       Or can I have another methods to monitor the sales qty increasing?

Anyone in community using BOM’s with Phantom Items? How does it work for you? What settings work best in your manufacturing facility? We have multiple items with BOM’s with component parts and subassemblies and we want these component parts and subassemblies to have their own BOM. However, we don’t want to have to MOVE all the component part and subassembly Work Orders in order to process the Parent Item Work Order. If Phantom Items will work, what is the best way to set these items up?

how to regenerate MRP by restriction group?

Using Mac product, and Safari. In Quote or Sales Order. Enter partial item. Window opens as you move your cursor down, the scroll bar seem s to move by itself, making it hard to select the correct item.  This problem does not occur in Chrome on a Mac.  It does not occur on a PC using Chrome or Edge.   Besides trying using different browsers. We cleared cache, cookies and browsing history.  This did not correct the problem.  Any Mac users in 21R106 seeing this?  If so how did you resolve it?  Recently upgraded, didn’t see this in previous build 19R1.  I am going to create case with Acumatica but if you have a fix.  Please let me know.   Matt

I have created the filter but how to rename the filter?

Version: 21.106.0024We use “No Rounding” for rounding and “#,##0” as formatting to display whole dollar amount on the report and but need 2 decimal when export to Excel for analysis. This works fine in 20R1 version, but 21R1, only whole number got exported to Excel, seems formatting actually truncated the decimals.

I’ve created a new dropdown field for the SOLine “Return Reason” but am unable to edit this field when the Sales Order status is Completed (because the workflow step prevents it). Even after Re-opening the order I’m unable to edit the SOLine that is completed including this field. So I tried adding a new workflow:Modifying the Open and Backorder step (the act of re-opening a Completed order puts it in the Open/Backorder status) by adding the Return Reason: But the field still stays locked: Am I missing something with the workflow editor? Is there a simple parameter I can add to the DAC field?

Hello,     Correct me if I was wrong, per my test, the Acumatica Mobile APP is designed for ERP use only. It can connect to an ERP instance and use ERP functionality. But It can not use the Customer Portal functionality. Although it also can be set to connect to a customer portal site, but it display empty.    Is my test result true or just I have to do some settings to make it work for Customer portal instance?
