The Acumatica provided AP aging report is useless as-is because it downloads to Excel as a nested file. Is there a quick way to download the AP aging report as a flat file?

in the left image there is no construction project management while in the right there is. They are the same build version. Is there any explanation about this ? thanks

Hi All,Looking for some guidance on a drop‑ship correction scenario in Acumatica 2025 R1.We accidentally created a Drop‑Ship PO linked to a Sales Order (SO), but the intention was to create a regular stocking PO. To unwind this mistake, a user processed:A Drop‑Ship PO Receipt (released) And then a Drop‑Ship PO Return (also released)These two transactions fully offset each other financially. The PO is now in Closed status. However, the Sales Order is stuck. Here is the sequence:The SO originally auto‑completed because the PO receipt was released I used Reopen Order After reopening, the SO went into Back Order status All lines have Open Qty = 0 The SO still shows POSource = Drop‑Ship Unchecking PO Linked does NOT remove the linkage "Cancel Order" fails with:“The sales order cannot be canceled because some items have been shipped.”There is no option to Close Order in the Actions menu The SO item is Non‑Stock, which limits inventory correction options Drop‑Ship PO only had one line — the SO h

export class TimecardWithTotals_Custom { //@linkCommand("ViewTimecard") //@removeDecorator("linkCommand") @columnConfig({ editorConfig: { linkCommand: "ViewTimecard" } }) TimeCardCD: PXFieldState; }I tried all to remove the link command, nothing works

It seems no matter where we add information either in the description field or the Other tab it is limited and we run out of room for explanation and it does not all print on the invoice form.  We often have several appointments with lots of details that we bill on one invoice, but the wording on the invoice gets cut off.  Does anyone know how to get unlimited characters in the description field and other tab and get them to print on the invoice?

In 25R2 I have an admin user account that has access to the AR Invoices and Memos, yet when I try to access the odata for the DAC, I get a 403 after entering my credentials.https://url.acumatica.com/t/tenant/api/odata/dac/ARTaxTran?$top=1The same user works on other DAC level odata endpoints. I also tried the odata4 url string:https://url.acumatica.com/ODatav4/tenant/ARTaxTran?$top=1I assume I’m missing something simple :-)

Hi All,Do Acumatica has a way to prevent users from changing their password to the same password they are currently using? If this functionality is not available out of the box, please advise on the recommended approach to implement this requirement.Thank you.

Hey all!I want to understand how the dead stock inquiry is calculated. We are in a manufacturing setting so our consumption of inventory are “issues” instead of sales.  How is the “dead stock quantity” and the “In dead stock (Days)” calculated?  Thanks for your help!

Does Acumatica allow for singular invoices per Shipment? When I attempt to process shipments, the step of creating invoices based upon a shipment, consolidates all shipments that are confirmed for a customer (different shipment numbers and different order numbers) into one single invoice. How do I avoid this? Below you can see where the system is creating one large invoice for customer TEST90, although it covers 4 different shipments and 4 different orders. I would need the system to create one invoice per shipment.

I am trying to create production order in holidays which is mentioned in exception of work calendar but its allowing me to do production.

I want to add a line item to a Sales Order, AR Invoice, Journal Entry and/or AP Bill, and be able to move it up above another line item.  Has anyone been able to do that?

Standard Acumatica practices for Loan GRN / Settlement: we are occasionally receiving materials from our competitors on loan, to be settled at a later date. What is the standard Acumatica Practices?

Hello,Does anyone know the setup in the Commerce module to allow for the tracking number to be sent back to BC from Acumatica? I am unsure if this setup is the correct setup, but I know we not currently having tracking IDs sent back to BC.

Hey everyone—quick question regarding payment framework footprints. Have any of the ISVs here ever repackaged or custom-bundled the Authorize.Net connector inside Acumatica?

When I load a vendor price worksheet using Excel, it is not checking the Vendor / Alternate ID combination.  It is matching it with any alternate ID, even if not from the vendor I specified. Does anyone know of a workaround for that or if it is on the docket to be fixed?

Hello,When purchasing a permanent sandbox from Acumatica, will it be fine if the storage is less than production? I would think yes because that is the case for the free upgrade sandbox. Adding sandbox storage to match production adds significant cost and takes us out of our price range. Thanks!

Hi all,I’ve been using Marketing Lists lately and running into some strange behavior, specifically two things:I have a dynamic marketing list containing two contacts that are unsubscribed. When I set filter on “Subscribed” field to False, it shows no contacts (screenshot below), but there are in fact two unsubscribed. Thoughts?   When I use the list in a campaign, it includes the unsubscribed contacts as members of the campaign. When I send a mass email from the campaign, it generates emails for these two contacts. Seems like it should exclude them?

I am trying to override a method in the Self Service Portal installed as MUI.  The error states that my signature doesn’t match the one I am overriding.  Looks correct to me... public class ICSInventoryLineMaint : PXGraphExtension<SPInventoryItemMaint> { public static bool IsActive() => true; public delegate IEnumerable FetchItemsDelegate(FetchItemsSource source = FetchItemsSource.Catalog, bool readOnly = false); [PXOverride] public IEnumerable FetchItems(FetchItemsSource source = FetchItemsSource.Catalog, bool readOnly = false, FetchItemsDelegate base_FetchItems = null) {Here is a screen shot showing the squiggleThe original method signature is:public virtual IEnumerable FetchItems( FetchItemsSource source = FetchItemsSource.Catalog, bool readOnly = false){I set my delegate as optional as this is a necessary thing to do when there is an optional parameter in the original signature. It looks like my signature matches the original.Any idea what I have done wrong?

Hi Everyone,I got an error message “AP Error: the next check number value cannot be incremented because the last possible value of the sequence has been reached” preventing check printing. How can I increase the limit?Thank you.

We often work for General or Electrical Contractors, who are not tax exempt. However, the project we are working on may be tax exempt. Since we use Avalara, the Project Revenue Tax Zone must be AVATAX—but there doesn’t appear to be an Entity Usage Type field to communicate to AVATAX that the project is exempt because it's a hospital, school, etc. The exemption type is important in completing tax returns for several states we work in, but as far as I can tell there is no such field in Projects! How do we set up the Project so that Avatax knows 1) the project is exempt and 2) the type of exemption (entity usage type in Customer). We can’t just add the Entity Usage Type to the GC/EC account, because we may be doing one project at a school and another at a federal building, both billed to the same GC/EC. It really needs to be specific to the project. Having to remember to modify the Project Billing invoice before posting is a hassle, so would love it if I’ve just missed something simple.

When we figuring out stock depletion, we often run into trouble with quantities on open blanket purchase orders. For example, we will look at inventory summary and inventory allocation to see a list all current inventory on hand, supply and demand. However, there doesn’t seem to be any report tied to the inventory item that includes quantities open on a blanket PO. As a result, contracts reflected in blanket PO’s are overlooked when we’re planning the phase out of an item resulting in all sorts of issues like restocking fees, large scrap values or modifying deployment plans. Is there any way to have visibility to open blanket PO quantities when looking at inventory summary or allocation? Is there any reason that these screens wouldn’t/shouldn’t include quantities on blanket PO?

Hi, Hope you can help me understand this.Scenario: We sell stock items to Company A (an intercompany customer) using the Sales Order → Shipment → Invoice process instead of a transfer. Normally, these invoices show no cost, so nothing posts to COGS.Now, one invoice suddenly shows a cost when released, even though:The item was already receipted from the vendor earlier (and the receipt has a cost in the inventory transaction history). Previous intercompany sales of the same item still had zero cost. What I want to understand is Why did the cost stay at 0 before, and why does it suddenly appear now, when the vendor receipt cost was already there the whole time?Item’s valuation is Average.

I’m in the process of converting custom screens from classic to modern UI for 26R1. Some of these screens are primarily used by shop floor employees via the mobile app. Is there anything special I need to do for that, or will they still keep working? Are there upcoming changes that will require updating the mapping to accommodate the move to the new UI?I haven’t been able to find answers on this.

We are using the Acumatica contract-based REST API (25.200.001) to create Stock Items and their Warehouse Details. We need to create two warehouse detail records for a new stock item:Warehouse Replenishment Source Replenishment Warehouse A001 Manufacturing   B004 Transfer A001 Our custom endpoint exposes WarehouseDetails under StockItem. The relevant fields are mapped to the Warehouses detail object, including: WarehouseID → Warehouse Source / ReplenishmentSource → Replenishment Source RepWhs / ReplenishmentWarehouse → Replenishment Warehouse The screen field was verified with Element Inspector as: Data Class: INItemSite Data Field: ReplenishmentSource View Name: itemsiterecords Business Logic: InventoryItemMaint ProblemIf we PUT a single WarehouseDetails record, the Replenishment Source is set correctly. For example, creating only A001 as Manufacturing works:{ "InventoryID": { "value": "TESTITEM" }, "WarehouseDetails": [ { "WarehouseID": { "v
