The Acumatica provided AP aging report is useless as-is because it downloads to Excel as a nested file.

Is there a quick way to download the AP aging report as a flat file?

Hi @stephenmeyerson37

When exporting the AP Aging report to Excel, Acumatica preserves the report structure and formatting, including the grouping hierarchy such as Vendor → APInvoice → Total → Group → Grand Total.

If you need a flat data table, you can create a Generic Inquiry (GI) based on the relevant tables and data used by the AP Aging report in Report Designer, and then export the GI results to Excel/CSV.

This will give you a flat dataset that is easier to filter, sort, and analyze according to your requirements.
