Some online services like Facebook and Amazon give users a choice, when clicking on their URLs contained within emails, of navigating to the pages in a browser or choosing to view them in their mobile app. Is there a way to accomplish this with Acumatica?  We've configured notifications containing URLs providing quick and easy access to forms in Acumatica.  For example, an email notifying someone that a subcontract awaits their approval contains a link to the subcontract in Acumatica.  We would prefer, when a user clicks on such a link in an email on their mobile device, to be given the option to open it in the Acumatica app instead of the browser.

  Alright, not sure where to begin troubleshooting this so I thought I would bring it to the group.  I have created a pretty simple dashboard to highlight FLM Appointments that are over 1 day old for a certain Service Order Type.  The filter that I have created seems to be working from a number return but the drill down doesn’t match the number return.Screenshots:  The Result of 2 out of the 5 being over 1 Day Old is correct, I have went and manually validated that, but when  I click into the drill down it only gives me one result.  Any Thoughts? Thanks,Chris Lower

The Customers form already displays a few fields that are actually stored on the Default Customer Location record (like most of the detail on the Shipping tab).  I had a custom field (in DAC, not a UDF) on the Locations table for a drop ship ID that our primary vendor provides for each customer location (Location.usrDropShipID).  I’d like to add the drop ship ID for the Primary Location on the customer to the Shipping tab, so that we can populate it during customer setup, just like we do with default warehouse and default Ship Via.Since the screen is already pulling in data from the default location record, I’m hoping this is as simple as (somewhere) defining this additional field for the form, and then adding it to the Shipping Instructions group just like if I were adding in a stock field from the Customer record.

Ok, I'm sure I'm missing something super simple. i have a report that I want to summarize open/unpaid balances for a customer where certain Sales Orders are Flagged (with a manual) Checkbox. I have the schema and all data flowing properly in the report EXCEPT when it comes to totaling the report.   I assumed that I could accomplish this with grouping, but that doesn't seem to work.In the report you can see i have 2 Sales Orders.  The report should calculate the total unpaid, but it is circling through and adding up the unpaid balance from ALL the lines on the SO.  I thought if i put the 'totals' in a group and grouped by Customer AcctCD that it would sum at that level but I"m obviously missing something:

How can, I prepare a GI showing Item, Qty Sold, Qty on Hand, and days of stock in Acumatica ERP

I am trying to add line items to an existing order via the API.  I am able to create orders with line items via the API, but I have found that if the number of line items is too high, the process times-out/fails.So I am attempting to create the order header, then loop through the line items and add them in batches of a certain # of lines (TBD, possibly 100).  My script is creating the order header no problem, but I can’t get it to add any line items.  This is the error msg:Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.\r\nParameter name: Invalid uri structureThis is the URL:  https://xyz.com/entity/Default/22.200.001/SalesOrder/1712261/DetailsI then modified the URL to be: https://xyz.com/entity/Default/22.200.001/SalesOrder?$expand=Details&$select=OrderType,OrderNbr,Details/OrderQty,Details/InventoryID,OrderedQty,OrderTotal I do not get an error with this 2nd URL, but it just hangs.  My script hangs and I do not see activity in Acumatica.  This is the request payload: {"

I add more role though combo box value. but it seems not working.Please advise on how I can add more role~

Im trying to import 1 decimal value (a quantity of a kit at a particular location) from a GI table that has parameters. I dont know how to convert from the result to a single value? The below code doesnt work.   Dictionary<string, string> parameters = new Dictionary<string, string>(); parameters.Add("SiteID", row.SiteID.ToString()); parameters.Add("KitID", row.InventoryID.ToString()); PXGenericInqGrph gi = PXGenericInqGrph.CreateInstance("KitBuild3", "KitBuild3", parameters); PXResultset<GenericResult> results = gi.Results.Select(); GenericResult result = results.FirstOrDefault(); //var kitQtyList = results?.Cast<GenericResult>()?.ToList()?.Select(r => r.Values["KitQty"])?.ToList(); decimal? kitQty = Convert.ToDecimal(result.Values["KitQty"]);

Im seriously struggling with trying what i think is quite simple. Ive posted several times a similar question but none of the answers have worked.. I’ve built a farely basic GI “KitBuild3” (though it does reference other GI’s per the 2024r1 changes)which returns Im trying to read the single value KitQty(later I will work out parameter based on SiteID/InventoryID of the SOLine if it ever works)PXGenericInqGrph gi = PXGenericInqGrph.CreateInstance("GI640596", "KitBuild3"); PXResultset<GenericResult> results = gi.Results.Select(); string test = ""; foreach (GenericResult resultRow in results) { object oformula = (Dictionary<string, object>)resultRow.Values; foreach (KeyValuePair<string, object> kvp in (Dictionary<string, object>)oformula) { if(kvp.Key.ToString() == "KitBuild2") { test = tes

Ive created a PXProjection DAC and Im just trying to multiple a field by a constant (for now). The PXFormula field of DfltCompQtyCalc keeps returning null no matter what I try? It works when I remove the Multiply<> operator. Also if I just define the PXFormula<index1>.. I get a list of 2’s so the constant is fine also? Why cant I multiply the two!!  using System;using PX.Data;using PX.Data.BQL;using PX.Data.BQL.Fluent;using PX.Data.ReferentialIntegrity.Attributes;using PX.Data.WorkflowAPI;using PX.Objects.CM;using PX.Objects.Common.Attributes;using PX.Objects.CS;using PX.Objects.GL;using PX.Objects.IN;using PX.Objects.PO;using PX.Objects.SO;namespace AutoKitAssembly{ [Serializable] [PXCacheName("KitAssy_Sub2")] [PXProjection(typeof(Select2<INKitSpecStkDet, InnerJoin<KitAssy_Sub1,On<INKitSpecStkDet.kitInventoryID,Equal<KitAssy_Sub1.kitInventoryID>,And<INKitSpecStkDet.revisionID,Equal<KitAssy_Sub1.revisionID>>>&gt

We’ve created a simple BLC object named SOShipmentMutex. We are editing it via a listview page with a custom DAC.When we delete a row from the Shipment Mutex grid via the UI, it deletes successfully.  However, when we try to delete via the REST API, the delete is not performed.  The RowDeleting event is hit when using the UI, but it is not hit via the API.We are able to successfully add a new row via the API, but delete is not fired.Can someone help us figure out why we can’t delete via the API?  public class SOShipmentMutexMaint : PXGraph<SOShipmentMutexMaint> { public SelectFrom<SOShipmentMutex> .View ShipmentMutex; public PXSave<SOShipmentMutex> Save; public PXCancel<SOShipmentMutex> Cancel; protected virtual void _(Events.RowDeleting<SOShipmentMutex> e) { var row = e.Row; } }  [Serializable] [PXCacheName("SOShipmentMutex")] public class SOShipmentMutex : PXBqlTable, IBqlT

Please kindly advise about error case. Thanks so much

Good day When uploading images on the mobile app, sometimes the images will not sync. There is also no option to sync the uploaded files. It looks to be a caching issue. Has anyone seen this issue before or know if I can implement a setting on the phone to resolve this?Please see below video.  This is a custom development screen, but as far as I know the image upload is built in.Acumatica version: 23.106.0050

Once an opportunity is created, the corresponding business account is no longer editable.I would like to customize this to allow that to be changed in certain circumstances.can I do this by just overriding the field with an allowupdate=true or something similar? will this break anything? And as a general question, is there a good way to determine if a change like that will cause problems? I understand sometimes Acumatica does this sort of thing as a dependency, and other times they’re just enforcing a workflow preferenc Thanks!

Hi,I have observed in 2024 R2, when we provide the parameters to Run report, it has to provide the parameters by searching it in the list of values. Previously when using report filters, while entering data the system would show a dynamic drop down box with applicable items. Now it shows as if no applicable items are available even though when the search icon for the filter is clicked the pop up table shows the applicable item. As an example, when we run the inventory balance report for a particular item or a particular warehouse, when we type the warehouse name halfway it will not suggest the existing warehouses with the types key letters even though it is available in the system. Instead we have to click on the search icon and select the warehouse from the list. Is there way we can get the warehouse or items suggested like before.  Thanks!

Hi! Is there a GI or report in Acumatica that shows all transaction type by vendor? All transaction including purchase order, bills, payments, etc. Similar on the customer side as well. The goal is to be able to filter by vendor name and the transaction type, then the GI or report will display all transactions related to that vendor. I tried creating a GI that links the purchase order table and bills and adj table together by vendor but that did not work. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated!Thanks!

I am trying to create the move transaction (AM302000) automatically when the release button is clicked in the materials screen (AM300000) On release of this materials transaction the development will create and release the Move Transaction with the below populated from the Materials ScreenThis is the override of the release button I have attempted below but it is not creating the new move transaction but there are no validation errors. #region Release Override public delegate IEnumerable ReleaseDelegate(PXAdapter adapter);[PXOverride]public IEnumerable Release(PXAdapter adapter, ReleaseDelegate baseMethod){ // First, execute the base release method to ensure original functionality var documents = baseMethod(adapter).Cast<AMBatch>().ToList(); // Process move transactions after base release foreach (AMBatch batch in documents) { if (batch.Status == "R") // Check if the batch is Released { CreateMoveTransactions(batch);

Prior to our 2024r2 upgrade we were able to relate these tables via:INCostStatus.costSiteID = INLocation.locationID.Now the INCostStatus.costSiteID field appears to contain the INSite.SiteID instead.Anybody know how to relate the INCostStatus table to the INLocation table?Note - We are FIFO costed.Thanks,Brett

Hello, I was looking to build a GI replica/version of the data that the Inventory Summary inquiry screen provides. Basically, the same data but not filtered down to only one stock item at a time. I need to see this data for all stock items at once, and the stock item GI is not simple to add these additional fields to since the tables are so different and it’d increase the rows. The inventory summary screen however, which, see below:  When inspected for customization, it has a “filter” table and a “results” table:  And both of these tables I can’t figure how to build off of since they expect a filter in order to populate data. But I need to see the same data (all warehouse locations of the stock item + their on hand QTY and the unit cost in that location) WITHOUT the filter down to one stock item at a time applied. I tried guessing from documentation and pulling INsite and INtran both those didn’t give me the right cost or locations.  Does anyone have guidance on how to recreate this to

Hi,We are a construction company that job costs everything. We were set-up to have our non-stock items like Materials and Equipment to require receipt and shipment but it seems like it would be easier since we job cost everything to take off those requirements and just create an AP bill against the PO when it’s received.Is that what other construction companies are doing and/or is that best practice? Any adverse consequences that I’m not thinking about changing our set-up/process?Thanks for any insight anyone can provide.

The end result it to be able to filter the converted field using the built in “From, To”” calendar function provided for data fields of date type. Not sure what's not allowing the from and to functionality since the field has been converted to a date type.

Hello Community,Any idea how can I redirect the user to Acumatica’s landing page (Home ScreenID=00000000)?

Autocomplete is not working! is it because of the new update version? I am at Transactions for Account.
