@hayleehicks18 thanks for the detailed reply. I’m trying to get the package count to show up on a report using the report designer. The BoxID in this case would be the same, it’s for palletized orders shipping LTL. I’m going to test this out to see if that will work here. Thanks for the info. Regards, Eric

@laura01Thanks but that’s actually not the same report. The customer I’m looking at is not even on that report and it says the total discrepancy for all customers is 0.00. I tried to run the recalculate customer balance process but did not work.
@PatrickSchlenker90@deebhane, Patrick, your article from Acumatica talks about linking the same sales order to an existing drop ship purchase order. I think this is a good solution for that scenario but more often than not the user will want to link multiple sales orders to an existing drop ship purchase order. The solution in your article will not work for the situation where you have one customer, (Customer ABC) with multiple sales orders linking to one existing drop ship PO. I don’t think there is currently a way to do that in Acumatica.
