In the Purchase Order, when I click on “Process”, the cursor moves to the date. When I click on “Process All”, the PO is processed.What could be causing that?
Hi everyone,One of our mechanics figured it out. Copy the text from the “Other” tab in the Service Order, and paste it to the “Other” tab in the related Appointment. From there, it will populate on the mobile in the Summary tab, in the Comment.I just hope no one out there uses the Comment field. We do now.
On our Calendar Board, the appointment column of one of my colleagues, a technician, is a certain shade of blue.No other technician has this color.I tried researching this, comparing settings between this tech and another tech that has the “usual” color. I compared the Employee and User accounts, and the setups are the same. Please advise if there is somewhere else I can look for the cause of this.Thanks in advance.
