Is it possible to edit the Sources in Marketing > Leads? I got a business card today, and I really don’t want to select “Other”.

These options are pre-defined by Acumatica out of the box. You would need to customize the drop down to add or change any.
Here is the help to customize that if you would like:
I would suggest doing so in a Test environment first however.
