Hello, we think about adding information about card type such as visa, mastercard, AmEx etc for card payments and cards stored in the system and would like to make it as useful as possible.Please share your thoughts on how you could use this information.
Requests and API calls Logging in the Commerce Connector
Hi All, Acumatica BigCommerce and Shopify connectors (as well as others connectors build on the Commerce frameworks) have ability to collect verbose diagnostic logs. By default, the logging functionality is switched off to keep performance up, but on the development instances it can be enabled. You have 2 ways - logs in files and request profiler. Cannot create new tenant when AcuPOS packages are published
Dimension Creation in AcuPOS:AcuPOS requires the DimensionCreation customization package to be published(only once for the instance) and then the AcuPOS build to be published to the Acumatica ERP instance. The DimensionCreation customization package creates "WORKSTATION - POS Workstation" segmented key record in the Segmented Keys(CS202000). It is required to create a "WORKSTATION - POS Workstation" segmented key before the AcuPOS publishing. This operation can be done either manually or by the DimensionCreation customization package. In the case of creating a new tenant occurs a situation when in the new-created tenant the workstation segmented key is not created but the User Profile has a Workstation ID field to be selected. PROBLEM:For this reason if you try to create a new tenant while the AcuPOS packages are still published you will receive the following error: Unable to cast object of type 'IGFS.DAC.IGFSUsersExt' to type 'PX.Objects.FS.FSxUser'. at memberwiseCloneExtensions(U

For AcuPOS merchants using an EPSON TM-T88IV, 88V, 88VI and the ADP Drivers with the Acumatica Device Hub set in the POS Preferences & POS Workstations:If you notice there is a larger than normal space being printed at the header and/or footer of the receipt, you will need to set the following under the EPSON Windows Drivers> Receipt Printing Preferences>Document Settings>Paper Conservation>Top & Bottom. Then Apply the setting changes.

Requirements A company that runs Acumatica and B2B BigCommerce, wants to enable the customer to order in B2B BigCommerce customer specific products at customer specific prices as a temporary ECom order The company gets the ECom order in Acumatica as a Sales Order The company may change the item in the SO, may add an item (accessory, required cable, ..), may change the number of units in a Sales Order to finally complete the ECom Order which now has become a Sales Quote. The company wants to submit that Sales Quote to the customer in B2B BigCommerce The customer can check out the Sales Quote, accept it as a final ECom Order, and pay for it online Possible Solution What is the best solution? Can this be done in B2B BigCommerce? If so, how can it be done? If not, what is an alternative solution? Transfer the sales quote to the Acumatica Customer Portal for the customer to check it out? What happens when you check the box for "Automatically show related products in storefront" in the BigCommerce product page?
This action causes a problem where the related products disappear. In the BigCommerce product pages there is a checkbox which displays as "Automatically show related products in storefront".If the box is checked the window collapses and no longer displays the related products that were imported.Before CheckingIn the Store View the related products display below the main item.After CheckingOnce the box is checked, the Related Products window is minimized, and the related items are not visible anymore.Note that the page must be saved for changes to take effect.The Store view displays exactly as it did before.ProblemIn the case that the user wishes to uncheck the box, he/she must go back into the product page and uncheck it. However, this causes the related products to disappear.If the user saves the current state of the product when exiting, the related products disappear in the Store View as well.If the user does not save, the related products continue to display in the Store View as th

Limitation of the Real-Time Sync for the Certain Entities.
The Real-Time Import and Export Features on the Entities screen (BC202000) will be disabled for Customers, Customer Location, Sales Category and Customer Price Classes in version 2022R1 of Acumatica ERP.The reason behind this decision is performance issues of the SAAS system. The use of the Real-Time sync with the large amount of customers accounts requires a lot of system resources, which may affect the Connector performance.But fear not!First, for the customers which already use the Real-Time synchronization, we have prepared the customization project which enables this feature back. You may find the customization package file attached to this article, it will work with 2022R1 version.And secondly, we have more effective feature as an alternative solution. It’s the Default Automation Schedules. They are more stable and more effective feature than the Real-Time Sync.

An ability to Re-Sync the Invalid record.
In Acumatica ERP 2021 R1 Update 16, the records that have got the status “Invalid” in Sync History (BC301000) form after the first synchronization attempt are not available for the immediate Re-Sync.Fig.#1. The checkboxes on the lef are not clickable for the record with the status “Invalid” on 2021 R1 Update 16.The user will have to:Delete the Invalid record; Remove the issue which has led to mark the record as Invalid; Run again the Prepare process; Then, Process or Re-Sync the record in question.This behavior recognised as cumbersome and ineffective.That is why it has been corrected in version 2021 R1 Update 17, which is scheduled for the release on 3 of December, 2021.Starting from this version the unnamed checkboxes in the table of the Sync History (BC301000) form for the invalid records become clickable and thus accessible for the Re-Sync.Now, if the user tries to sync the Invalid records the system re-validates to make sure that the record is valid is sync.
