Opportunity OwnerID is not available to select on Task Template

I am trying to use a business event to create a task associated with a new opportunity.  We want the task to be assigned to the owner of the opportunity.  The GI includes just one table - CROpportunity. 

However, on the ‘Owner’ dialog box of the Task Template, the CROpportunity-->Owner field is not available.  

Any thoughts?
