Shipment workflow

I have added a new UDF field in the shipment screen, now I tried adding an workflow where it should not allow to confirm shipment without entering value in that UDF field but it not working. Can anyone help in doing this.

Have you tried to add a new condition for this within the workflow engine?

This should then be attached to the transition between states.

Hi @ranjithduraisamy72 Please share the code and/or customization package that you have created so people in the community can have a look and help. It is difficult to answer when issue is not specific “It doesn’t work” and there is no context to see what you have done. Cheers.
