Error message when adding price to a new customer

Hello,We are getting this error when adding price to a new customer. I am very new to this, but to my understanding the price is unique with customer number, inventory code, start date and end date if one exists. This combination can not be in any other customer because the customer numbers are different.Can you guys please point me in the right direction?

How to numerically sort subaccounts on ARM report

I have report where I note the account and it’s balance on one row, expand by subaccount on the next row set exampleThis is working great for obtaining the subaccount activity that makes up the account balance. However when printing the report, I would like to sort the subaccount string numerically. Currently, segment one is sorting largest to smallest while segment 2 is smallest to largest. Does anyone know of a custom expression for either the column set or row set to be able to sort the string smallest to largest? example of report output (exported to Excel), same behavior in the Acumatica screen and when exporting to PDFThanks for any and all help on this!

Batch Payment Check Description Field

Hi all!My accounting team is curious where the Check Description on Batch Payments comes from.Some checks will have a generic ‘Payment for ‘VendorID’’.Others will have an actual description (seems to happen if there’s only one bill with that description on the check).Still others will be completely blank.Ideally, they would like every description to be ‘Payment for ‘VendorName’’, but until I can find how that description is being set up in the first place, I’m not sure what to do.Does anyone have an idea where how the check description on Batch Payments is being populated?

Sub Account Segments in GI

When having to select segment 2 of a subaccount , linked to the Employee master, the logical step would be to add the default location ( For vendor) and then link that to GL.Sub. Even when using substring/ left/ right , the result is blank. Fortunately , there are a DAC that already has this info: Employee (EPEmployee)And I am sure the DAC’s exist for other business accounts where this is required

Check Formatting in Report Designer

I had check layout AP641500 set up and working in Report Designer. All of a sudden, the checks starting printing with a different layout. It looks like it’s pulling from the “Group Footer with Supplied by Vendor.” What could have changed? Do I need to format this section the same as “Without Supplied by Vendor?” I don’t have this issue in the Sandbox tenant.Thank you in advance for your help!

Intercompany transactions between companies with different financial calendars

I have two branches with different financial periods one ends Dec 31 and the other ends March 31. Can I still do intercompany transactions? It appears to put the transaction in the period used on the GL journal transaction from the branch it is created on. So if I create the transaction from the December branch in December the period it uses is 12-2023. But 12-2023 is March 31, 2023 in the fiscal year company.

Default Cash Account missing during Bills and Adjustment Entry.

I have all Vendors setup using Default Class, which is linked to Default Cash Method and Cash Account. Cash Method is also assigned to AP Default. GL and Branch are linked accordingly. However, when I enter an AP Bill, the Payment Method auto populates, but the Cash Account remains empty.What am I missing?

Is there a way to delay invoice creation?

We want to create a new order type that can go through the whole process, get shipped, but not have the invoice created until X days (30 most likely) later by the user. We would create a report or GI that lists all the invoices that need to be created for that day. Is something like that possible? Thanks in advance for any insights.

Account Details For Purchase Accrual Account Does Not Balance to Purchase Accrual Balance by Period

Hoping for some guidance. I am not an accountant so take pity. Much thanks to any advice for helping a newbie. My AP clerk is running the Purchase Accrual By Period on the Purchase Accrual Account. She is also running the Account Details for the Purchase Accrual Account. If they are run over the same period lest say June of 2023, would the accounts tie out and balance or is there always going to be a variance. They have said in the past these tied/balanced but lately it its been off some periods more than others. So should they balance/tie out? If not, why wouldn’t they balance

Any way to change the due date for a batch of bills

I have a group of bills in the system that all have the wrong due date. They are pending approval. Is there a way to select this group of bills and change the due date across them? At the moment I have to open each invoice, put it back on hold, edit the due date, save the bill, and then send it on for approval.These bills have been generated through the holdback release process of the construction module. The system seems to be taking the vendor terms and the invoice date to select a due date. But, for these bills we have a separate due date that is 55 days after completion of work.This process often generates groups of dozens of bills at a time and it takes a lot of time to change it one manually.Thanks in advance.

I voided a check in Acumatica accidentally. The check has cleared the bank already, so I cleared it in the bank reconciliation. However, there was a void issued the same day for this check. Because of the timing, the check cleared the bank, and now I have a Voided Check that is “stuck” in an unreconciled status in Acumatica’s bank recon. How do I unvoid this voided check to clear out my recon?

Unable to consolidate Invoices for multiple Sales Orders of Template Type "IN".

Hello,I am trying to consolidate/combine Invoices for multiple Sales Orders through “Process Orders” screen. The Sales Order Type is of template Type “IN” that does not require Shipments.Important to note that Avalara is the Tax Provider. This functionality out of the box works fine when I don’t have Tax Zones. In other words, if there no Avalara involved, the Invoices are being consolidated through “Process Orders” screen. However, when I apply the Tax Zone Avalara, the system is creating separate Invoices for each Sales Orders. Note: Each Sales Order has different Ship-To Address. I believe this is the reason. Has anyone faced this issue? Any advise will be very helpful!Thanks!

Process Bank Transactions - Matching Transactions from a Bank Feed

We have a client that issues approx 6000 checks per month for lease payments. Most of these checks are for the same dollar amounts (ie. 3000 checks for $ 1000 and 3000 checks for $ 1500). When the Bank Feed comes in the Bank Feed writes the Check Number to the Tran. Desc field. Acumatica seems to ignore the Tran. Desc field and suggests matches displaying 3000 checks all for $ 1000. Acumatica Tech Support told me that it only matches based on Amount and Transaction Date which doesn’t make sense to me since Ref. Nbr. Weight as well as Doc. Payee Weight are part of the Relevance Calculation. What fields does Acumatica read to match Ref. Nbr. Weight & Payee Weight ?
