How to change 'Bill End Date' with leases, also what does it actually mean?

I have some leases with expiring ‘BILL END DATES,’ yet their Charges expire years from now a well as their ‘LEASE END DATE.’ I was wondering if anyone had a method for updating these Bill End Dates, because I don’t know if that means these leases will no longer get invoices.Also, what exactly does Bill End Date mean? As far as I am concerned, the invoices should still produce based on the charge codes, etc. Any insight? Thank you!

Error while Convert to Project

While I was trying to convert to Project I received an error message: Project Manager value 129277 Error: Project Manager ‘129277’ cannot be found in the system. Please help with this error. What does this means and how can I resolve this and convert to Project? Thank you.

Specified reasons for rejection on Project Quotes etc

Hi All, I am looking for a way to have set pre-defined reasons for rejection drop down box on the rejection reasons for Project quotes etcGenerally when a project quote gets to the approval phase, you reject the project quote and have to type in a reason for rejection. Is there a way to have a drop down selection to choose from? Thank you

DeviceHub Restart, Setup and IIS issue

Hello,I have 2 DH running very well on one server for my client, but I do run into some issues when the Application Pool (IIS) recycles, Acumatica restarts, but sometimes it takes longer than 30 seconds to come up again. My client works 24 hrs. a day, and they are calling at very odd hours because DH hangs due to this issue. First, let me show you what they are getting and how everything ties: 1- This is the error from DeviceHub: ([Printer] [Error] Hub connection was closed with System.TimeoutException error: Couldn't reconnect within the configured timeout of 00:00:30, disconnecting.. Stack trace: ) 2- Acumatica’s System Monitor reports this:  3- Windows System Event Viewer, reports this:Date 7/4/2022,, time: 12:43:A worker process with process id of '6236' serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' has requested a recycle because the worker process reached its allowed processing time limit.Source WAS, Event ID 5074. QUESTIONS:When I look at the DH setup, and the error from DH says: ([

Device Hub loses Paper Size or Scaling configuration- how to avoid this?

HelloMy client has 2 DH running, same server, 2 different users. Each DH connects to one URL- they have 2 nodesBoth DH connect with same user name to same Tenant.This works just fine, except that when we update printer drivers, restart server and for other unknown reasons, both DH loses the printer’s size configuration causing a major disaster in 8 locations that work 24hrs. a day.We have managed to download the printer file configuration and when this happens, we load it again, but we need to know if this is a known issue or if we can get someone from DH support to help. We are getting calls in the middle of the night because DH loses this.This is the setup we have for both DH:    This is where we have the issue-DH Printers tab:  they have 63 printers and when the Paper Size that was saved before disappears, we have to go into both DH and fix each and everyone of them.This not only causes chaos among all users in all 8 locations, while we fix this, the DH is stopped and no one can pri

Workflow extension that doesn't run

I am attempting to create a workflow extension for BusinessAccountWorkflow.  It adds a few actions that I want to suppress. My extension’s Configure method override basically doesn’t do anything, so that the base method doesn’t create actions.  My override method doesn’t seem to be running, though, because the actions still appear, and my breakpoint isn’t hit. Quote emailed from owner in 2022 R2

When sending a quote to a customer is it possible to have the email sent from the owner of the quote?I know you can do this by clicking ‘print’, then sending the email from the this screen and changing the ‘from’ email, but is it possible to set this as standard for when you click ‘send’ from the actions menu?Thank you

Warehouse Access by restriction group

Hello,We have multiple warehouses each of which is managed by a different user.****We want to limit the users at each warehouse to only see and alter data for their individual warehouse.****I created a restriction group for warehouse 100 and assigned a user to this.My expectation was that they would not be able to see or do anything in the system for anything other than their assigned warehouse.However, as a test, I logged in as the restricted user and was able to alter sales orders lines assigned to other warehouses.Have I set something up wrong or are my expectations out of line with what restriction groups do?Again, I am attempting to limit a user to warehouse 100 only for every screen in Acumatica for user 3PL.Only warehouse 100 is checked in the images below.

How to automate Opportunity stage changes

We would like to move the opportunity stage to a “stale” stage if the customer hasn’t responded in 30 days.  I was thinking that a Business Event would be the best way to do it, but I am unsure how to take the estimated close date, add 30 days to it and then have the business event change the opportunity status from proof to stale.  Has anyone done this yet?

Report parameter on a notification template

Hello,I am running/emailing the Sales Order Detail by Customer via a scheduled business event.This is working as expected with one exception.I want to run the report for “Uncompleted Lines Only”.  So I want this box checked.As I said, everything works fine until I try to check this box as shown below.  I have tried a value of T and Y.   I’ve enclosed with quotes and everything else I can think of.Any thoughts?THANKS!!!!

Is there limitation on how many location can be added to Physical Inventory Types?

Hi All,I am creating Physical Inventory Types and run into an issue where not all my location can be selected within the Locations Table. Our warehouse have 279 locations and seems like system is only able to take 200 locations at a time. Does anyone have a solution on how to increase the limit so I am able to include the whole warehouse in one Physical Inventory Types instead of breaking it to 2 parts?Kind regards,Calvin

Customer Address not shown in Sales Order

Hello!we have a problem occuring for one of our customer with multiple customers.They… 1) Create a Business Account 2) Convert the Business Account to a Customer3) Create a Sales OrderBut even tho in the Customer Account are Values entered for the Address and the AcctName, the fields in the Sales Order are empty and won’t show up. Checking and unchecking the override checkbox for the shipment/invoice address doesn’t help. They will only show up once we manually go inside the customer and edit the AcctName (add a +, save, remove the +) and do the same with the address. What kind of magic is this and how is this happening? Any ideas?And how to prevent it? Any way to create a GI that see when a new customer is created and automatically does what we do manually? (Edit AcctName back and forth and address..)?GreetingsP. How to TRUELY mass delete records?

How to delete all stock item/non stock item records?I have uploaded 300k records and I would like to start fresh again. So far I have found nothing to mass delete that amount of records in one go, the closest is https://nexvue.com/acumatica-tips-tricks-how-to-enable-mass-delete-records/ that I can only select all records on a paged result, but I need something like “select all” option that beyond the first page, like in Gmail.Happy to do it via API if it’s possible, but an UI would be better.CheersJames

How to hide inactive results from selector User Defined Fields?

I have added a selector type attribute UDF to the Customers form. The selector is pulling results from the Salesperson table, but it is showing inactive salespersons in the results. Is there a way to hide the inactive salespersons from selection?

Folks, I saw the demo live in Vegas, and I caught the video again. Adding wiki on a custom screen or GI for reference

Hi Guys! I am now exploring the Acumatica Wiki and my project is to set and create a wiki for all of the existing GI, and Dashboards to help our users much more.  Is there a way i can reflect the created wiki on the Acumatica Help, on the form reference just like on the image.
