I’ve been struggling with creating business events to trigger an email, and I’ve come to the conclusion that building a GI specific to the email is probably my best bet, but unfortunately it is not working for me.I created the GI and have all of the fields I need and the GI works fine.In email notifications, I click INSERT > DATAFIELDS, find a field, then select it into the document. Adding any field results in the following error code “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”
Hi guys, I wonder if there’s a way to set view restriction on project tasks? Like for some employees, they could only see part of the tasks in a project; but the others could see all the tasks. Anyone has any idea? Thanks a lot!

This user access to support has been granted, but when I login as this user I still can’t create activity to reply the customer case.
All of this customer user portal’s access rights has already revoked. But when I login as the customer, I can still see "Profile and Orders" menu, how can I restrict this user accessing “Profile and Orders” menu on the self-service portal?

“Next Billing Date” for one of my leases says 06/01/2022. I am trying to advance it to 7/1/2022, or even better 8/1/2022, since I ran July invoices already.On the LEASE page, I tried to run Contract billing, but I get this error message: Unable to cast object of type 'PX.Data.PXCommandPreparingException' to type 'PX.Data.PXOuterException'.I also tried to change the dates on my Charge Schedule, but it didn’t work.

Hello,Reading the ACU documentation and it's not abundantly clear...When you publish a Customization, do you need to have the Role of "Customizer" assigned to a user in order for them to access the screens it has created or edited?and/or is this embedded in the Access Rights portion of the customization? @Naveen Boga I need to create a workflow condition such that when a user creates a new service order, and does not have a service item in the details, the status on the document will change. My issue is accessing the document details grid to use in a condition. It seems that when doing a workflow I can use any of the FS.ServiceOrder DAC fields in a condition/action but none of the FS.SODet (details) fields. Is there some secret method to making the details available? Note: I am not a coder and am looking for non-coding solutions. Thanks.
Our implementation team has been told we can configure multiple vendors for an item. I’ve also read about using cross references for indicating similar items with one or more vendor.Our consultant suggests we use a generic item for office supplies. something like “Office Supplies” or possibly less general like “Pens” so we don’t have so very many items on our list. We are currently at 3,000 non-stock items. While we aren’t terribly interested in tracking office supplies, but we are concerned with our Purchasing staff having to manually type the details into a purchase order for everything they order. If the items aren’t spelled out, they have to relate the specs for the item (vendor part #, description, price, UOM, etc.) somehow. In an effort to consolidate but spell out the items we order frequently, I played with making an item named “PAPER.LETTER” and taking the 5-10 versions of that paper size and adding them to cross reference with different descriptions.
