Hello All,I recently created (yesterday) a BE which was running as expected, but today it is not getting triggered. No conditions have been modified and not date conditions have been added to run the business event. What might be the reason? has anyone faced such issue on the same? I have faced this multiple times and when i created a new BE with the same parameters/filters/conditions then it got to working.

In looking at some videos for training and product information there is no closed captioning.  For instance I’m trying to watch the 2024 R1 Feature Review: Core Features video and there are no captions, I’ve also found this in some training videos.As someone who relies on closed captioning could this be made a standard for all videos?Thanks. PS I would have put this in suggestions, but business relationship manager has yet to create these credentials for me.

Hi There,We have many companies in the same tenant with different financial year ends. Just wondering if there’s a report to view the current opening period/close period for all the companies. Just wanted to double check if all the periods are closed across all the companies at month end. Thank you. 

I have an Approval Map use case for sales order that I cannot figure out.Employee is immediately notified.If the employee responds within 14 days the document is completed.If the employee does not respond within 14 days then a second employee is notified.My initial thought was to make two steps, placing a decision wait time on the first step.  However, if the first employee responds I do not want the approval to fall to the second employee.Does anyone have any ideas how this can be accomplished? TIA.Russ.

 Hello, I would like to use set assembly for articles. I have defined a set article IN209500, which consists of 3 components. However, when I create a customer order with this set article, only the set article appears in "Determine Requirements IN508000" and not the subcomponents. But before assembling the set, I need to know if all parts are available. Because I can't save the set if there isn't enough material available.

We are currently working on a business event to send out a quote triggered by a record change. The issue we are running into is that the quote may need to be sent to multiple people (listed on the relations tab). Even though our GI is showing each email address as a separate line, the business event does not fire nor fail if there are multiple lines for the specific quote it is trying to send. It runs perfectly if there is only one person to send to. What am I missing to get this to send correctly, or is this not possible? When our folks make a purchase using Corporate Cards, often they have several allocations for the single purchase.  In our case they could be buying small tools and mulch on the same receipt which are two separate Financial Accounts and Subaccounts.Currently we create multiple receipts for the single purchase. How does your organization handle this? Any ideas?

We are looking to try and use the “selector” type attribute. However, we want to have the ability to open the record that was selected. Currently, I am only seeing the magnifying glass which brings up the table to select the data record we want. Is there a way to add the “pencil” or a hyperlink in order open the data record once it has been selected? Thanks! Selector attribute only allowing record selection, not access to the selected record. 

Hi there. We have set up a customer portal for our customers. The date formatting on the visuals for the customer need to be changed. As the portal administrator, the date formatting is correct, but changes when I login as the customer. Where can I make these changes to the format for the customer?  

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone has come across an ISV or developed a decent Equipment Module in Acumatica. I am not sure why Acumatica lacks equipment module functionality. When I talk about the eqipment module I do not simply mean to setup pieces of equipments with a few static values and enter some timecard for them. I mean the possibility of setting cost types (fuel, maintenace, repair, insurance, lease, depreaciation, ...) and mapping them to the GLs when applicable, catergorizing the cost types to classes like Ownership, Operating, … tieing equipments to the assets, tracking costs against the pieces of equipments and their workorders in the data entry screens(AP Bills, GL Tran, ...) and their modules/compenents, tracking their utilization and revenue and of course reporting on them.Any help is appreciated.

My  client is setting up the self-service portal for their customers 2022R2.  The users are not able to print or use the hyperlink to review the invoices.  I found this red note in the documentation.  Is this still an issue?  Is there a workaround?  The point of the portal is so the customer can access their own documents.  Will this be fixed? 

Looking for advice -I have a client using AP bills approvals and 3 levels of approval.  See my levels below. As shown, Bills <$10k, do not route correctly (for both Marketing and Events. The Originator step processes correctly, the Vendor step processes correctly,  but then it returns to the Originator again.  Is there another way I should setting this up? Any help would be appreciated!  

Is it possible to create a parameter on a dashboard that allows the user to select more than one item in the list of values for the parameter?   For example, we have a sales dashboard and we want to select 2 salespeople in the list of choices for the salesperson parameter to see how those choices affect the data on the dashboard.   Is there another way to do this using attributes or something else?Thank you!

Why does the “Replenishment Seasonality” settings require dates with years?If I want to define “SUMMER” as June 1st to August 31st this will be the same every year but I need to change the dates in the Seasonality settings each year?  Is there a way to define the Seasonality with just day & month?

Anyone else experiencing issues with changing Acumatica passwords while in Edge?  Seems like most of my users can’t, have them go to Chrome and they are able to change it.  As an admin I have even experienced this issue.

I am getting the following error message.Error: Inserting 'Sales Order Line' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. 'Project Task' cannot be empty. Require Ship/Receipt is OFF in the Non-Stock settings.This just started. We have been on the system for about 4 years without this issue. Nothing has changed that we are aware. Can anyone help? It seems to only happen with requisitions that are associated with a project and project task. We have always just entered this information into the PO once created. 

Suddenly, we are unable to add lines to the Weekly Crew Time entry screen on all projects.

Hello!This is kind of an odd question, I was hoping someone might have an idea. Our Operations team has cages full of inventory that they send to a configuration center.Our Ops manager wants to use the cages as an asset and have inventory assigned to it as a location, while being able to change the location of the asset… if that makes sense.My boss suggested using the asset Module, which I am not to familiar with.Would you recommend the Asset Module, or a different way of doing this?  If you recommend the Asset Module, do you have somewhere to point me by chance that will explain it a little better to use it in the manner we need? Thanks for your thoughts!

 Hello!I setup the test dataset and I was running through a bunch of commerce connector scenarios and came across an issue with Refunds.    I am refunding the full amount of an order in Shopify that has been fulfilled, invoiced, archived, etc.   I’m getting following error:Inserting 'AR Payment' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. CashAccountID: Cash Account '10250ST ' cannot be found in the system. Please verify whether you have proper access rights to this object.The cash account is not restricted by branch and I’m logged in as admin, I get the same error in multiple branches (Head Office and Retail...). There is a known issue in 2023R2 that seems a bit similar to this: AC-290671 but not the same.The one thing that seems to bother me is that the Cash Account name seems to have an extra space in it:  actual ‘10250ST’  vs ‘10250ST ‘ in the error message.The trace file is
