Equipment Time cards

Hi All, 

We are running into an issue where Equipment Time cards are being automatically generated about three months in the future. Does anyone have a reason why this would happen? Right now they have equipment time cards all the way into march and do not want this.

Does anyone have a solution or where I could start to look at a setting or something?
