I created an email template for sales invoices. in the email body I have inserted (Billing_Contact.Attention))   as the attention. in preview mode name is visible. But when I send the email name is not visible. what can be the possible reason for this? all the other fields that I’ve inserted is visible in the email.   

Hello,I have created an automation to process confirmed shipments and create invoices. The condition I am using is Pacejet Status = Completed.Automation Conditions Fields.I am looking for a way to add a condition/filter values to make sure that the Tracking Number under the packages tab is not empty. I have tested and it is possible for Pacejet to write back with a blank tracking / LTL Pro number, and we do not want to create invoices for these orders. Filter Value Fields. Here is a screen shot of how the tracking will be written back. I have checked condition and filter values tabs and the Tracking Number field is not a selectable

Anyone found a way to make a PKI dashboard tile for the Incoming Documents screen (AP301110)?  It would be helpful to be able to display in the dashboard when new documents have been received for processing.

When processing an Incoming Document PDF that has multiple invoices included in 1 file, the system doesn’t seem to recognize that there are 2 different invoices in the file.  Even though it collected the line items from both invoices, it only creates 1 bill and ignores the other customer reference number (invoice number).  Is there any workaround to fix this while processing these to break these into separate bills?

We have added attributes in customer profile to add email addresses. when sending email we need to add the recipient from the attributes. Is there any way to link attributes to the email template as the recipients?

Hello,I am amending our Sales Quote Template in ReportDesigner. I want to know how to get the Attributes from the Opportunity in the Attributes Tab (See first image)? So, I have set up different Opportunity Classes that have different Attributes available. Once that Opportunity Class is selected on an Opportunity, those Attributes become available in the Attributes Tab. i want to be able to have the values available to pulled into the Sales Quote Template. Please advise if any solutions.

Wanted to check that I am not missing something before I write this off.We want to display GI/Dashboard on a large screen on the shopfloor and have it periodically auto refresh.We do not want to tie up a computer for each display on the shop floor.Would like to use a smart TV that could display from the URL.  However, cannot have it prompt for credentials.  So looking for a URL that could have credentials embedded.  (I am sure this is not possible, just checking) Looking for any suggestions:Want to display dashboard on shop floor and have it autorefresh.Do not want to tie up a computer to accomplish this.Do not want to have to enter credentials.   Thanks!

Does anyone else have a problem with not being able to scroll on the left side of the screen for recently viewed record types?  I can see A, B, C, and E types.  Then what?  Can’t get to sales orders, opps, workorders, etc.  There isn’t a scroll bar to scroll so having to scroll through All records defeats the purpose of being able to narrow down by types.Am I missing something? 

Hello all,I have been working on a business event and have been facing some issues. The issue is whenever I try to run from User A’s account the biz event gets successfully processed. But whenever I try to run the same event using User B’s account it shows the below error:The error says Project Task could not be found. Both of these users have a same access right but still it triggers the error for one of them. Why so?

 We have installed the Outlook add-in on a central server and set it up so that Outlook from each computer can access it. However, we are encountering a problem where almost always (sometimes it works for an entire day and as soon as someone says "it's working normally for me today," it suddenly stops working on that computer. This is also independent of the computer) after we have assigned an email to a contact and then want to assign the next one, the add-in no longer loads and Outlook has to be closed and reopened each time. -> Does anyone else have this problem? We use the add-in to assign email contacts or tickets in the Haufe system. 

We have several customers who would like to hide a specific tab on a screen by user role.For example, on the Projects screen, they don’t want certain user roles to see the BALANCES tab.Is there a way to do that?

Hello, Does anyone know how I could add an attribute to an email notification? We have created a notification for when a user is assigned a new support case. Within this notification I would like to include some of their custom attributes. I can see the option to add an attribute using the data fields; ((Answers.AttributeID.AttributeID)) and ((Answers.Value)). However this only brings in the first attribute in the list. Is it possible to specify an attribute or to bring in more than one? I can make do with just brining in one particular attribute which I can just place at the top the list, but it would be great if I could bring in more than one. Thank you.

Hi There, We had just migrated to 2023 R2 and I can’t release wire batch payment. The error message is below. “Check the remittance settings of the LAMTD cash account and the WIRE payment method on the Cash Accounts (CA202000) form.” The bank setting is below. We don’t experience this error prior, the bank setting was not changed 

Acumatica is using mysql or sql how to identify in c# code. Or In Acumatica how to get the provider name in C# code to identify the SQL or MySql.

We don't want it to show a search result, if a search is needed the users can use the search icon on the Inventory field. What happens if an address is NOT validated?

We are getting the following error when we go to create a shipment for an order. I checked in the order processing screen and directly on the sales order and in both cases this error occurs, in the processing window the order does not even show up as an option to process. All items are unallocated, but I tried it with the allocation box checked as well. All the different date fields on the order are set to a past date. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Our company has an issue with staging shipments and location codes.We will create a shipment and produce a picklist. The system will assign locations appropriately so our shippers will gather up the SKU’s from all the storage locations and place them in a staging area. The order can often sit in the staging area for a couple of days.The issue is, the system doesnt reflect the change of location so if one of our cycle counts for our storage locations happens during that time our inventory is thrown out of whack significantly.We can correct by manually transferring material from location to location, but then we also have to adjust our shipment to reflect the changes. Its alot of manual entry and opportunities for human error.Is there an option im missing to have a pick list “sent to staging” when done and preserve the connection between the moved material and the shipment?
