Why do prepayments come up as unreleased AR documents?

    Hi ​@MiriamH 

    Have you done RELEASE of Prepayment documents on the "Payments and Applications" screen?


    If you have not yet done RELEASE of Prepayment documents, The Prepayments will appear on the "Release AR Documents" screen.
