hello all,I found out that we have 3 types of LC docs. How can I record for Correction & Reversal types?  

Using 2024R1 and the Fedex Rest API - we are noticing major discrepancies between the freight cost returned to Acumatica and what we are actually charged.  The variance is between 15-30% and the cost Acumatica is typically lower in most cases.  The weights and package dimensions match between Acumatica and the Fedex cost report.  Ideas?

I just need to know what the possibilities are for it and how to solve such issues. Here is an illustration  

In order to automate the Prepare Invoice process in Process Shipments I need to be able to filter for a specific group of customers. Unfortunately Customer Class is not an available filter, so I am wondering if anyone recommend another way of achieving the same thing ? 

Our trucks don’t want to wait while we pull goods from our bins, so we pre-stage the loads on our shipping dock. Pick, Pack, and Ship allows us to move the goods for a shipment, but we pre-stage before the shipment is generated. How would we go about this with quantity/item validations like we have in Pick, Pack, and Ship? Ideally this would take in a sales order number, then we could choose the bins and transfer the goods. RIght now we’re using Scan & Transfer, but there is nothing guaranteeing that the team picked all the items or the correct qty of items for pre-staging. We only catch this at Shipment generation when we notice an item is missing or is shorted. Thanks!

Is it possible to restrict a specific user to only see the Invoice Type “Invoice” from the Sales Order Invoice screen SO303000 (and screen AR301000 as well)That is there should not be able to select any option besides type “Invoice” I have tries to use the Access Rights by screen option, and it seems it is also not working.How best can I implement the intended restrictions to allow only a specific user to create Invoice types only and exclude the others (Cash Sale, Cash Return, Debit & Credit Memo)?

How can we close a quote as lost, and give a reason why it was lost? We need to be able to track what quotes we are winig or losing, and the reasons why.

Currently - if you have multiple companies and the Default Branch is defined on the Shipping Tab of the customer profile for one company; when trying to post transfer orders between warehouses within that company, the ledger from the corresponding Default Branch is used for the GL transactions.  This causes warehouse transfers within a single company to post to the wrong ledger. The system should instead use the Branch defined on the destination Warehouse (INSite)

Hello all,Can anyone help me out in checking why the owner field is not getting updated with the employee ID who has been creating a PO?So who ever is creating the PO, the owner field should automatically insert the Employee ID/Contact ID or the person should only be able to view his name in the list, whereas at the moment he’s able to see all the employees’ name in the list.  

Hey there, Trying to implement native Acumatica WMS currently.  One of the things I’m butting up against is being able to see what location has the oldest inventory.  Meaning, the oldest date that the inventory was put in that location.  I could have one stock item in 6 locations, but I want to know which one has been sitting there the longest. Earlier, I was directed to IN408055 - Storage Details by Item Warehouse Location.  But the flaw here is that if I don’t move all of the inventory from that location, it will change the date of the inventory in that location because activity occurred there. Has anyone else worked on this type of issue before?  How did you handle it? 

Hello,I have two sales orders where the serial numbers have been swapped. Both orders have already been shipped and invoiced. Is there any way to reverse or reassign the correct serial numbers to these orders?Thank you.

Has anyone else had the issue when using WMS on the mobile device with items that are lotted?When entering Pick Mode for single shipments paperless picking, I click next list and my location that I am starting. It then tells me the location to go to which is great. It then sometimes says “Pick Inventory ID X, lot number 123, quantity 2.” Which is exactly what I need it to do. But, usually after the first item it doesn’t include lot number anymore. It returns to just prompting to “Pick Inventory ID X, quantity 2”. Then it says, “Scan lot number”. I want it to tell the warehouse which lot number they need to be selecting. Is this a setting I am missing? It seems to be doing it randomly and I can’t pinpoint when it does or doesn’t.

We’d like to “Update Matrix Items” with the attribute values that we’ve added to our Template Items. We learned, after selling some items for free, that it also over-writes the default price with the 0.00 from the Template. Our Matrix Items represent sizes and are each their own price, so we’d like to NOT update the price when we use the “Update Matrix Items” function. Is this possible?

Hello,I am trying to set up shipping rates in the Freight Rates tab in the Ship via Codes screen. I need the rates to change at certain volumes and weights, whichever is higher. However, despite all the help articles saying that it calculates freight first by weight, and optionally by volume, it seems to only calculate the freight by volume. Is there any way to change a setting so it will calculate freight based on the higher of the two, or is it only possible to calculate based on volume? Thanks for your help!

Hello all,I have been trying to fix the change ID error for the stock items. So I have 2 items with the same inventory IDs but under different classes.eg :3032 - item description A - item class A3032 - Item description B - item class BI created a PO with 3032 - item description A. And then i changed the Item ID for “3032 - item description B” to “B3032 - item description B”.But these changes got reflected in my PO too as:B3032 - Item Description A.How can I resolve this?I even tried to interchange the values as “A3032 - Item description A” & “3032 - item description B” but then my PO got changed to 3032 - item description A whereas the PO should get changed to “A3032 - item description A”. Thanks, 

I could not find any native report/menu that contained actual service level performance per SKU in a given timeframe.  Not sure if a GI is needed.  We’re currently on 2023 R2 upgrading to 2024 R1 next quarter.Is there any native reporting of service levels or is a GI needed?

Can attributes be deleted? Can they be modified? I have made some errors in setting up attributes and wish to modify or delete the incorrect Attributes. 

My client needs the ability to have multiple shipment open on a sales order simultaneously. The create shipments to tell the warehouse to prepare configuration of the shipping items, prepares a pro-forma invoice, and creates a shipment to send to US Customs.What have others done for their clients to achieve this or this type of need, workflow customizations?

How to override Receipt Nbr in adjustment for stock without receipt 

Hello! I have configured branches in my system and each branch has its own warehouse. My main branch transfer items to other branches but adding a charge. For an example, inventory cost of my main branch is 100 and when transferring we charge 30 and consider it as my income. For the destination branch item cost should be 130. No purchase order or sales order is created. Is there anyway I can set up this?Amanda
