Why doesn't the Tax Zone update on an SO/Shipment when changing a delivery to a will call or vice-versa?

Why doesn't the Tax Zone update on an SO/Shipment when changing a delivery to a will call or vice-versa? We are having tax issues when the Ship To Address Changes on an SO/Shipment. For example, the customer orders and initially asks for delivery to their location. Then they call back to change the order to a Will Call at our shop. The tax rate does not change accordingly when we change the Ship To. Same thing happens in reverse when switching an initial order for Will Call at our shop to a delivery to a customer’s location.

Remove the Est Cost from the requisition

Hello! When I create a requisition, it shows me the Estimate cost on the line level. is there’s a way I can prevent adding information to the estimated cost fields?Thank you!

Limit to single lot/serial in warehouse location

In our warehouse, only one lot/serial can be stored in a location at the time. In Acumatica is there a feature or method to limit the location to store only one lot/serial number?

Pick List does not print kits compenente for stock items.

We are using only the distribution edition of Acumatica, and our pick list does not print the components for kits. Is there any setting, like enable or disable, to activate the option?

Track Inventory ID from SO Invoice/Shipment back to PO Receipt

Does anyone know of a way to track the SO sales and shipment of an inventory ID back to the PO Receipt that was used to cost that item when invoiced?  The majority of our inventory is setup as FIFO costing, the rest is by serial number.

Hello,I want to set up a fixed price for a customer so that the price is unchanged according to quantity.In fact, the customer's exact requirement is that, depending on the quantity band, the price is either a fixed price or per unit:- Band 1: <600 ==> fixed price- Band 2: from 601 to 4000 ==> quantity rate- Band 3: over 400 ==> quantitative rateWith the sales price screen, you can manage quantity-based prices for bands 2 and 3 by defining the price per unit, but how can you manage band 1 so that the price is always the same regardless of the quantity entered on the order line?How can we manage this type of case with Flex, please?Thank you in advance

Hi, I have created a new business event in the system, which is set to trigger when the PO receipt line date matches today's date. The event is correctly triggering based on this condition, but it is returning the following error:Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.Parameter name: indexCould someone please help me with this?  I’ve attached business event for your reference.

When entering a A/P bill only one company shows up to select from

I have a client that is on 24R1. They setup their companies without branches. However, when they go to enter a A/P bill under the details section only one company is showing up to select from. See below. There is no company restriction setup. Can someone help me to try to figure this out?  Here is the list of companies:  Thanks, Frances

Currently when configuring the OAuth2 for the users, I have to create the external app settings per user, is there a way to make one external app configuration that can be seen by all the users. This will allow us to put in the secret client ID only once for everyone.

Expense Receipts/Claims - All Employees

How do I set up the Expense Module to be able to see all the expense receipts and claims.  I am assigned the Admin role.  However, I don’t have the ability to see all employee expense receipts and claims.  I can all view my employee numbers.  I didn’t set the security.  Any ideas how to make this change.  My work around is to log on to the user to troubleshoot issues.Evan

Default Warehouse by Selling Company/Branch

Hello Everyone,We have a multi-company client that makes intercompany sales/purchases for the same items between multiple different companies. Intercompany Sales Order generation requires a default warehouse for the creation of the Sales Order.  Customer and Stock Item default warehouses do not work becuase the same stock item could be sold to multiple different intercompany customers.Is there a way to default the warehouse by the selling branch?   Thank you!Luke

Direct Vendor Return

Hi all,I have searched high and low for this but cant seem to find an answer.Is it possible for a direct vendor return without the item returning back into our warehouseHere is the scenarioCustomer orders item, item is fault, vendor says they will pick it up from the customer, I will credit the customer and the vendor will credit meIt appears to me that I can only create a customer return to bring it back into stock and then a purchase return to send it back to the vendor so the item does look like it was returned to my warehouse at some point when it was not

Confirming Incomplete Shipment on Mobile App

Hello Everyone,I am working with the Mobile App “Pick, Pack, and Ship” mode. I am not able to confirm incomplete shipments, for example if 12 units are ordered on the transfer order and only 10 units are picked, the app will not allow me to confirm the shipment. Is there a way around this on the mobile app?Thanks

Combining shipments when processing orders

We are trying to combine shipments for a specific customer. Have a job scheduled to run weekly to Create Shipments. Trying to create them to ship a few days from when the job runs for anything scheduled to ship within the next week and a half. This screenshot is from 5/15, to help understand the relative dates:Location, ship via, use customer’s account are all the same across 3 orders, and the order line ship on dates are before 5/25. SO Order Type ship separately is unchecked, and it’s unchecked for each order. We ended up with 3 shipments, each with a different ship date. It looks like instead of combining the shipments into one on the date specified as Shipment Date in the automation, it is using the SO Order Line Ship On date and making separate shipments. Is this correct behavior? Does anyone know of a way to automate combining shipments with different ship on dates within a window?

Shipping integration tool with UPS and acumatica

Has anyone had an issue with acumatica pulling all the info from UPS back into the shipment with the shipping integration tool?  I’ve noticed that when I get a shipment that has at least 10 boxes/packages, it won’t pull all the tracking numbers back into acumatica and the shipping cost has to be adjusted as well because its only pulling the cost of the boxes pulled back into the shipment in acumatica.

KPI Dashboard for Warehouse (WMS)

Hi Everyone,  I want to create a KPI dashboard for our warehouse. Besides the obvious number of open/late shipments, we want to measure productivity. i.e., the average time it takes to pick a shipment after the pick ticket is printed/assigned. How often do locations need to be changed due to inaccurate inventory. I'm not sure where this information is stored in Acumatica, if it is at all. Can anyone shed some light on this? Does anyone have any ideas?
